When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

We were so late at our BnB that our host had to leave a key in a flowerpot for us and couldn't show us how to adjust heat, use the stove, etc. Really horrible communication and customer care."

Then all they wanted to do was charge us for a new flight, no other options were offered and the staff was very rude and appeared not to care about helping us. We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again."

Points négatifs : "My Geneva to London (Stansted) flight was delayed. While there were at least two other Easy Jet planes which could have taken me to London due to no-shows, the staff told me the flight lists were lost. So I got home 4 hours late, and two Easy Jet flights landed in London with empty seats. Even if the flight is fully booked, please implement a stand-by list so passengers in this common situation can fly in the place of no shows. The poor review is because of this failure and because Easy Jet got me home 4 hours late. Otherwise pleased."
