Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."

When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."

EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."

J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

Cette nouvelle politique tarifaire est complètement démentielle. Je préfère désormais payer plus et ne pas me faire traiter comme du bétail."

Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."

Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Points négatifs : "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

There was no one at the check in counter until we asked the security guard for help. At 9:30, the Volotea attendant came back and said we were late and missed boarding and it would cost another 180 euro to get on the plane!! Beware!!! -They have a 20 kg or 44 lb weight limit instead of 50 and will charge you an additional 60 euro per bag of over 44 lbs! -Print your own boarding passes, they charge 20 euro per passenger if they have to print it at check in. -There are fees all over the place, it is a SCAM!"

They changed our seats, because they 2 people previous to us were too elder to seat at emergency exit. So we got stuck seating at emergency exit and away from our children! Who will put the emergency mask on my children now in case of emergency Volotea airline ?! Learn your job as flight attendant!"

Points négatifs : "Kind of sneaky with the hand luggage, you may well have the guidelines in small print somewhere, but you really should allow people to check their bags in online before the flight, as opposed to paying 80 euro per bag, so 160 euros for two bags that didn't even weigh 10kgs each. RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Points négatifs : "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."
Points négatifs : "We arrived at the airport two hours before the flight and were told we had to pay 30 euro/person (120 euro total) for boarding passes. Really?!? We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."
