An upgrade of $1200.00 Euro's is extreme Being packed like sardines for a 10 plus hour flight is not good. It is also unhealthy. Turkish Airlines should consider something other then the 777 for any international flying."

There was a group of young employees and they came off as very immature. There was a crying baby next to me for the majority of the 13 hours. They ran out of food, and I had no choice but to eat the pasta option even though I do not eat pasta in my normal life. My knees hurt from not having space to stretch out for such a long flight. It was freezing cold and they did not have extra blankets. It felt like my section kept getting skipped over for everything (food, liquids, general checking in to make sure people were okay). We boarded late, and left late. When I arrived the luggage took VERY long - almost an hour - to come out."

My previous operator sent my luggage to SAW as final destination, which means i have to cross passport control, collect my luggage and start the check-in process; given the time window between the flights, that was simply impossible. TURKISH AIRLINE's ground staff - transit team of SAW airport - Made it happen! I was requested just to wait, then they confirmed transferring the luggage and gave me respective tags! landed CDG - Paris to find my bag safe and sound :)"

Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."

I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

Brussels airlines literally saved my whole trip back from becoming a nightmare because I had a really short connection time in the Brussels airport. I was sprinting to the gate to make my flight and was running real late and they had waited for me! The staff at the gate and at the passport control all were very helpful. I was very impressed by everybody involved and so appreciated that I could make it home as planned instead of having to find a new flight."

Points négatifs : "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Points négatifs : "After arriving to Malaga airport to go home at the business class check in desk we were informed that the flight from Casablanca to jfk was canceled so they won’t let us on the Malaga Casablanca flight. I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."

Points négatifs : "I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Note to fellow passengers: If you’re traveling with others, check your tix/passes and ensure you’re sitting together before you walk away from the counter. And ask for clarification there if you’re not sure. If you make it to the plane with those passes, the plane crew will tell you that you accepted them so those are your seats - they will not work with you."
