Points négatifs : I felt I was badly treated and there was no instruction to what they where checking for. I am very incline to not recommended Lufthansa Airline to anyone. The notification for change of Boarding Gate did not reflect immediately.

Points négatifs : They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.
Points positifs : The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.
Points négatifs : The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Points positifs : 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Points positifs : The crew was very good, really polite and nice and helpful. Pilots or the plane's auto landing system did a good touch down in a hard windy condition at Ohare.
Points négatifs : Cramped seating as usual in economy, but BA's is better than others in most cases. A few extra inches of leg and knee room would make all the difference in the world. Our worst experience is the over zealous highly inefficient very slow tedious carry on bag security system at Heathrow terminal 5.

Points négatifs : BA need to stop the silly practice of boarding according to status - it’s inefficent and leaves me with the impression that BA is obsessed with pseudo hierarchy.
Points positifs : There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting.

Points négatifs : We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is

Points positifs : The crew was very helpful in adjusting my flights. The lack of information on passport policies from kayak have made me disappointed on this company and I will not be using it or recommending it in the future. I had to spent over 300$ in hotels and gas to get to Miami to obtain a new passport.
Points négatifs : The booking services that kayak offered were not helpful at all. When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Kayak should have information on travel policies to the countries they offered flights to.

Points positifs : They sped up the flight time after leaving Chicago two hours late.
Points négatifs : We sat in the dark on the tarmac with the door open and below freezing temperatures with irregular updates as to the delay or expected arrival time. The flight details were not updated to say the flight would be delayed until after it was originally to have arrived in Milwaukee.
