Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

There was not enough time before flight to get someone in charge to talk to so we paid to check 2 bags."

Nice airport a mess not re signposted hard to find gate B!The ground crew were vague & not helpful. They should have provided us with bottles of water and a decent meal!! & certainty- failed woefully. The rep was not always at the gate to assist people I sat nearby reading so saw this. When it was time to actually board they made no announcement just put the gate number up on the board!!! Later made one for speedy boarding!! Did not feel looked after in any way. Then no cold drinks on plane and no ice till I made a fuss - suddenly I had ice!!! Charged my card in £ instead of € No hot food. Card machines not working - no wifi!! Doh!! All in all appalling customer service/ PR The crew were exhausted and over it - their job to to care for passengers - I think one went off in tears??"

Le prix du billet n'est vraiment pas cher mais il se rattrape avec les frais d'enregistrement des bagages. 47 € par valise et attention si finalement à l'entrée de l'avion ils décident que votre valise est trop grosse...le prix monte à 60€. Et une sacoche compte pour un bagage... n'importe quoi. Plus jamais EasyJet."

J'ai été très décu de cela! Tout ce désagrément. Un rdv raté. J'ai du prendre un autre vol le lendemain avec escale sur Swiss qui m'a couté 250chf environ. J'aimerais me faire rembouser les deux vols pour la gène, le désagrément et le manque à gagner avec la perte de mon rdv!"

Points positifs : "This was a one-hour flight from Catania, Sicily, to Naples. Boarding the plane, takeoff and landing all typical of flying these days. No food, water or entertainment was offered, typical on short flights, but we and our baggage arrived on time."
Points négatifs : "Fortunately we'd arrived quite early to check in. We had acquired an additional bag to check in. I knew it was 47 Euro and when it was our turn to approach the check-in person, I had my credit card ready with our passports and boarding passes. The woman seemed put out that we had another bag and after several minutes of conferring with a colleague and filling out a form, she gave me the form and my credit card and directed me to another area to pay the 47E. This was on the other end of the terminal and involved another queue, more discussion, finally paying and getting another form to take back to the first woman who finally processed our paperwork, printed the baggage tickets and sent them on their way. BTW, we travel fairly light. I had a 24-inch roller and a small daypack on my back. My wife started wity a carry-on roller and a small daypack, but now at the end of our two-week trip, with purchases she'd switched her carry-on to a 24-inch roller instead. If I'd known what an insane system Easy Jet has, at least at Catania, I'd have tried to add the extra bag online the day before."

My husband was put in seat 1F and I was put in 2F. We didn't look at the boarding passes until we reached the plane and saw this. The row where my husband sat was empty (row 1) so I don't know why i was put on row 2 when we could have sat together on row 1. This is very bizarre. Furthermore I had to walk half way down the aisle to put my suitcase because all the overhead lockers were full. The flight attendant who was overseeing all this was very rude and kept telling me that I need to walk all the way down to find a space to store the luggage. She could have offered to have a look with me and try to squeeze it somewhere closer than half way down the plane."

Also the crew took our coats from us when we had them on our seat because they said they needed to stow them, which makes no sense. I would not and will not recommend easyjet to anyone."

Ended up paying 100$ for my handbag that had only in it my make up and passport. RIDICULOUS. and that happened at boarding. Security did not tell me anything before getting to the gate."

De plus, Kayak s est debrouillé pour que je fasse 4 ecales, d autant plus interessants car ceci rapporte d autant aux compagnies associées! Une honte!"

Par contre tout le monde n'est pas logé à la meme enseigne car ceux derrière nous sont montés avec leur bagage en cabine??? Deuxième chose, il y avait une hôtesse qui n'avait pas l'air contente de son job et elle a été aimable comme une porte de prison durant tout le vol. Je ne sais pas ce qu'on lui a fait mais c'est une attitude peu professionnelle..."
