Restrictions d'entrée
La France a restreint tous les voyages internationaux non en provenance de l'UE, d'Andorre, du Vatican, de l'Islande, du Liechtenstein, de Monaco, de la Norvège, de Saint-Marin et de la Suisse.
Les voyageurs étrangers qui ne sont pas ressortissants des pays mentionnés ci-dessus ou en provenance de l'un des pays mentionnés plus haut doivent prouver que leur voyage est essentiel et qu'ils ont une bonne raison de voyager.
Les voyageurs britanniques/ressortissants de pays tiers et de l'EEE résidant au Royaume-Uni ne seront pas autorisés à entrer en France à des fins non essentielles. Les voyages essentiels sont toujours autorisés. Ces restrictions ne s'appliquent pas aux ressortissants britanniques qui résident légalement en France. Ils seront autorisés à rentrer dans le pays, mais vous devrez peut-être présenter une preuve de résidence.
Des exemptions existent pour les conjoints et enfants de ressortissants français, les résidents de longue durée titulaires d'un permis de séjour français et leurs conjoints et enfants, les résidents de longue durée de l'UE, d'Andorre, du Vatican, d'Islande, du Liechtenstein, de Monaco, de la Norvège, de Saint Marin et de la Suisse et leurs conjoints et enfants sur le chemin du retour, et pour les professionnels de santé. Tous les voyageurs de plus de 11 ans doivent obligatoirement porter un masque.
Exigences d'entrée
Les voyageurs devront remplir une déclaration sur l'honneur certifiant qu’ils ne souffrent pas de symptômes du COVID-19 et qu’ils n’ont pas été en contact avec des cas confirmés au cours des deux semaines précédentes.
Les voyageurs doivent présenter un certificat médical avec un résultat négatif au test COVID-19 PCR émis dans les 72 heures avant le départ. Les enfants de moins de 11 ans sont dispensés de présenter un résultat de test COVID-19.
Les voyageurs arrivant d'autres pays que ceux énumérés ci-dessus doivent posséder un certificat de voyage international pour entrer et transiter en France, démontrant que leur voyage est de nature "essentielle".
Exigences spécifiques de quarantaine
Les voyageurs sont soumis à une période d'isolement de 7 jours et doivent passer un autre test COVID-19 PCR à la fin de cette période.
Règles relatives au transit
Il existe des réglementations spéciales pour les voyageurs transitant par la France pour retourner dans leur pays de résidence. Seul le transit direct pour atteindre votre pays de résidence est autorisé. Les voyageurs en transit ne peuvent pas quitter la zone internationale et ne seront pas admis en France. Les bagages doivent être enregistrés jusqu'à la destination finale, et les voyageurs ne seront pas autorisés à quitter la zone internationale pour récupérer et réenregistrer les bagages. La durée du transit doit être inférieure à 24 heures.

Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."

All of the passengers for flight AZ1466 lined up in front of a check-in counter that displayed Alitalia for our flight. At 10:45 they announced the check in for AZ1466 at a different check-in counter knowing full-well that everyone was lined up for flight AZ1466 on our line. So then everyone that was lined up at the first counter had to line up at the new counter. My wife and I were initially 3rd in line and then after we had to move we were in the very back of the line. On top of that, they only had 1 person checking everyone into economy (which was most of the people on the plane) and they also had to weigh everyone’s carry-on baggage. We were initially told they had weather issues with the snow in Rome and they did not know if we would take off on time or would be cancelled. However, I was getting e-mail messages from Kayak stating our flight was on-time. So how is it that a 3rd party travel company knew what was going on, but the crew at Alitalia did not? Afterward I had to go through security, wait on the tax refund line, and go straight to board the plane. After that we waiting on the plane for 50 minutes and did not take-off until 1:05 PM. These were the problems in short: 1. No one informed us that we could not check in at this particular airport until 2 hours prior to flight departure. 2. They did not begin the check in process until 90 minutes prior to departure. 3. We had to switch check-in lines and they only had 1 check-in person. 4. We had no time to shop or eat lunch at the airport. 5. We boarded the plane and waited until 13:05 to takeoff when we were scheduled to take off at 12:15 (50 minute delay). 6. We received no communications about delays from Alitalia (via e-mail or app). However, we received e-mails from Kayak stating everything was on time. We had no communication from Alitalia about the delay or that we could not check in early (which you could do at every other airport I have been to). We also had a connecting flight in Rome that we were concerned we would miss. We arrived at Rome airport on a delayed flight out of Marco Polo airport (AZ1466). Our 13:40 flight to JFK (AZ610) was delayed until 14:45. After we arrived at Rome airport we ran through the airport to our gate and boarded the plane. After we boarded the plane we waited until 16:10 to take-off (85 minute delay). We did not receive any communication from Alitalia via e-mail, the Alitalia app, or crew members that our flight was being delayed any longer than it already was. We planned on stopping to use the bathrooms in the airport, eat a decent lunch, and shop (which I promised my wife we could do at the airport). However, we could not do any of those things because we did not receive any information about delays from Alitalia. After we arrived home in New York the airline l"

On our flight back, the food was absolutely terrible, the movie selections were old and scarce, and the seats were uncomfortable. We called to complain as soon as we got home and still have not heard back from Alitalia. I will never fly with them again."

This time it wasn't automatically changed, and there was no warning, the only solution they were giving us was an afternoon flight the other day, shortening our weekend getaway even more. After half an hour of discussion, they found and earlier flight, with connection, double the time, but that would get us there at around 2pm, so still we were missing almost half a day, but that was the best they could do. The flight was OK, boarding was late, but hey, that seems to always be the experience with this type of flights. I would just say they are not very reliable, having both your outbound and inbound flights cancelled, seems to much, specially if you're just going for a short getaway, you may end up having a one-day getaway!"

I find this hard to believe and a little ridiculous that AirItalia would make their customers run around inside and outside security to switch flights. We live in a day of technology and have computers for a reason. There shouldn't be an issue why other flights can be looked up from only one computer. In addition, we boarded the plane and then we waited on the tarmac for 2 hours waiting to leave. The air was turned off and it was hot and stuffy inside the plane."
