There must be way to develop a queue system that doesn’t force people to board unnecessarily. Or at least stay at gate so people can use restroom. Frustrating!!!"

Also while up in the air, it took over an hour for seatbelt sign to go offf making it hard to wait for bathroom."

But then, she mentioned that the flight was delayed and there was no way that I can made my connection from LA to Indianaplis. So I was given a boarding pass with my suitcase ($25 paid) only to LA. The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this."

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."

My flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was so bad, as far as hidden fees and customer service goes, I tried to book a on any other airline for the return trip to Nashville. This was even though I had a round trip ticket on Frontier. To my dismay all other airlines were full. I am writing this review as I wait at the gate for a departure time on my Frontier return trip, we are 2 hours late for departure with no new departure time given. There are not any Frontier employees in the gate area to give updates. This is the bottom of the barrel for airlines and I will not ever be flying Frontier Airlines again."

I apologized after you snapped at me and continued to smile... while you continued to frown and be condescending. That alone means I don't fly your airline again. I can afford the extra for Delta and I should have stayed there. Seats were really uncomfortable and though we paid extra for the better seats, leg room was at a minimum. Again, about what I expected. All told, for 1 bag and a little more legroom, we paid an extra $115 per tick. Not really any savings over a more full-service airline."

We all know that they assign a charge for ANYTHING possible. An apt metaphor is traffic. When you know you are about to drive in a bunch of traffic, and you get in your car with the right attitude, it's no problem. For Spirit, if you aren't expecting to be charged for water, not have anything to read in the back seat, pay for a carry on, pay to print your boarding pass, etc., you are going to be irritated. If I had my choice, I wouldn't fly them again, unless it was significantly less including the baggage fees."

Points négatifs : "When we did our online checkin the night before the flight, we realized that it would (and did) cost us more for our carry-on sized luggage to make the trip, than it cost us for ourselves. At that price, had we known in advance, it would have been cheaper and faster to take a rental car from Vegas to LA and pay the added drop-off fee for the one way car rental. Also, we could not get through to the airline on a toll free number provided by kayak, and the long distance number provided did not give an option to talk to a live person. Talking to other passengers in the TSA security check line, we realized that Spitit Airlines has a REALLY bad reputation; we just didn't know... Finally, I'm only 5'5", but even my knees touched the seat in front of me - that's not a lot of legroom. NEVER AGAIN would we even consider this airline."

When all was said and done for a single check in and carry on and the honor of being able to sit next to my significant other (Although booking together our seats were separated despite there being plenty of available seats) my out of pocket cost was over 150$ for a 40 minute flight. As far as the flight and staff goes it was mediocre at best."

Points négatifs : "Beyond the things I should have known but didn't like charging for a carry on (making it more expensive than Southwest)... Spirit will spare no opportunity to inconvenience customers. We were delayed by an hour because the pilots didn't arrive. Amazingly they told us why they had been late... translating what they said into straight talk, Spirit cheaped out because of hotel rates being high in Vegas for CES show and put pilots up in a different city. Then when there was confusion and shuttle driver went to a hotel in Vegas, Spirit didn't bother to spend more money to arrange alternate transportation and forced us to wait as shuttle drove from Vegas out to where pilots were. Even knowing this, they boarded us at regular time leaving us sitting on the plane for an hour at the gate. AWFUL! would be my rating rather than poor."
