Points négatifs : "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

Equipe agréable, et arrivée avec 15 mns d'avance. Pas d'attente pour récupérer sa valise mise en soute.

Au sujet du divertissement il ne suffit pas de grand chose : annoncer aux passagers certaines villes que l’on survole par exemple est bien agréable ; j’en ai eu l’exemple sur Finnair dernièrement et c’était Sympa .

Le plus : Une hôtesse à terre (dont je ne connais pas le nom )a l'aéroport De Caen nous a fait un excellent accueil pour mes petits enfants ( et d’autres enfants) avec un service et un dévouement hors pair , j’ai rarement vu ça et j’ai beaucoup voyagé ... mille merci à cette personne . Le moins : pas de p’tits sandwichs ! Dommage !

Guichet d enregistrement fermé, queue sans distanciation à l embarquement pendant 1h, donc bagage cabine non enregistré donc du payer 50 euros de plus ! Alors que ce n était pas ma faute ! Inadmissible !

Bagage endommagé au retour. Reclamation effectuée au comptoir. Property Irregularity Report complété. On me demande de le télécharger sur le site de Volotéa, mais il y a un bug qui empêche de terminer la démarche. Pas de coordonnées ni d'email de contact pour contacter Volotéa. Franchement pour l’instant la meilleure compagnie low-cost avec laquelle j’ai pu voyager.

40 minutes de retard pour le vol aller et une heure de retard pour le vol retour !! A 176 euros le billet pour faire Montpellier Nantes c’est une honte !

La proposition de film à bord est sympathique, émission, tv, Le choix pourrait s’élargir si possible dans le futur ? Merci

Soucis avec easyjet. Plus de 1h d'attente pour enregistrer des bagages à Nice (3 guichets ouverts dont 1 qui parlait à sa collègue, j'adore...) Au moment de l'enregistrement, on me dit que l'enregistrement est terminé !! Je passe mes valises en salle d'embarquement (2 valises dimensionnées cabine) mais je dois remettre des bouteilles achetées à Ajaccio, pdts de beauté.. Au moment d'entrer dans l'avion, on me dit 1 valise ok dans l'avion mais pas 2 alors que j'ai payé 65 euros pour mettre 2 valises en soutes le matin même (j'ai voulu leur expliquer que pas de mon fait car mes valises refusées à l'enregistrement des bagages). Le pire c'est que j'ai dû payer une amende de 29 euros !! Au final, l'avion est parti plus de 30 mns après, mes valises auraient donc pu être enregistrées en soutes.. Easyjet, plus jamais ! 00 en matière d'accueil, de compréhension, de geste commercial.. Une boite low cost qui saigne ses clients au moindre petit écart. La honte !!

J'apprécie que Volotea offre la possibilité de mettre une valisette en soute sans surcout contrariement à Easyjet

La fourniture d'un masque chirurgical pourrait etre offerte gracieusement aux personnes portant un masque non chirurgical.... Votre sondage est mediocre, il ne correspond pas aux services fournis. Il est aussi desagreable de voyager en couple separement sans que ce soit annoncé... Je ne vous parle pas des bagages, service excessivement cher , ca devient n'importe quoi.

Départ à l'heure prévue aurait pu être respecté.

Comment maîtriser les protocoles sanitaires en embarquant 10' après avoir débarqué ? Une fois à Ajaccio puis une autre fois à Nantes ?

Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

There was not enough time before flight to get someone in charge to talk to so we paid to check 2 bags."

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Les sandwiches proposés n’étaient pas bons et en plus c’est cher. Avant ce n’était pas comme ça, ils étaient plus bons avant. Les sièges pas confortables.

Vueling faut ramener ton repas les sièges sont petit et puis l'équipage faudra revoir leurs formations car ils sont un peut sur les nerfs
