First stage they called people to board by category first people that needed more time then families with small children etc. HOWEVER, the put all of us in an intermediate room and the door to the gate was closed. They passed everyone so when the gate door opened everyone were trying to get to the gate and there was no order. That was stupid to say the least. Turkish could have waited the couple of minutes needed to get the gate open!!! and save the hassle!"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

In addition, even though we arrived to the express check-in stand almost first, the stuardes allocated our seats to the one before last row in two seconds... Since I'm also not an arguing peraon and it's not that big of a deal (thak god she didn't check us to the last row...) we survived it."

A woman brought a 42" tv on board, that was crazy. During flight was worse. Noisy around, noisy flight attendant, No dimming of the lights in the first 3 hours, no Leg room, poor entertainment and poor food. Price for all this is not cheap so I see no reason to use this airlines and I am Israeli myself."

There was an issue with a temperature sensor. After 2.5 hours, the pilot came on the intercom to say that the flight was cancelled and that we would all be getting off the airplane soon. Then half an hour later, they fixed the problem. Then the plane had to be de-iced before we could leave. During this whole time, we had to wait 2 hours before they brought us snacks or water. Not a great first experience with El Al. I received an email that the return flight will be on the same type of leased plane. Not looking forward to it."

After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous."

Check in process approved our luggage for hand cary as we paid for it in advance. In the gate they suddenly decided the luggage was 1 cm larger then agreed, refused to bring a measurement tape and charged us 50 Euro in addition to send the luggae in the plane rather than hand carry. Need less to say that in the flight to Rome our luggage was approved for hand carry so clearly Rome staff were into making money.. Planes were late to take off and 1 hour late to land (that from a total of a 3 hour flight ) although not announced . In summary ground staff experience was awaful and made us decide to not fly with Ryanair air again"

J’arrive donc en avance à El Prat, pour m’entendre dire que je dois régler 55€ en CB afin de pouvoir procéder à l’enregistrement. Une honte. (Sans parler de la charmante dame au check in qui s’est permise de voler mes lunettes de soleil, cadeau d’une famille balinaise auquel je tenais énormément, sur le comptoir, après m’avoir « dérobé » lesdits 55€) Quelle honte, mais quelle honte ..."

Points négatifs : "We got the feeling that the price is low but the company will do all it takes to FAIL the customer and make him pay more. For example, the customer must check in online. if not done properly the cost is about 100 euro more, AND the online check in procedure is not working that well, you need to press buttons several times in order for it to work (and I have a good phone), and if you give up in the middle it will cost you. More on that we did a mistake and did not purchase luggage for the way back, when we went to the desk to buy it (after standing more than 2 hours in the check in), we were told to pay 40 euros, where the price is 23 if paid online. we asked to talk to a manager and get the regular price for the suitcase, the cashier said "no problem i can call him, but then you will miss the flight..." and in the meantime there were still lots of people in the check in line... The service is very slow and not pleasant, and the crew always give you the feeling you are not ok. I understand the price is low and this is a lo cost flight, but this should not happen no matter what is the price."

De plus j'ai payé l'option priorité car on m'a dit que le bébé avait droit à un bagage de 10Kg qu'on pouvait envoyer en soute et ce n'était pas le cas. Ma fille a du avoir en main le bagage du bébé, son bagage cabine, la poussette et le bébé lui-même. Cà a été infernal pour elle. Je demande donc le remboursement de l'option priorité que j'ai payé pour rien (90€). Merci."
