This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

There was a huge queue of people who missed their connecting flight cos of an accident in the runway. The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home."

Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. This made me uneasy from the very beginning that I would lose my London-Luxembourg flight. The crew in the boarding gate, only after much insisting, said they would make a note so that someone from Qantas would wait for me and help me get my London-Luxembourg flight no problem, but in the next stopovers (Melbourne, Dubai), there was no sign of this. Also, the delay in the end was 2h 20 min - and I lost my flight to Luxembourg."

Entertainment movies need newer choices specially for people like me who can't sleep on long flights and have seen all this movies. where's the classical music?."

I was a little worried about the 14 hour trip since I am 7 months pregnant and wanted to be sure I had enough room to move about as needed. Both the desk and plane staff arranged for my husband and myself to have 4 seats to ourselves (luckily, it wasn't a full flight!) which allowed me to rest and put my feet up (literally!) through our long journey. They also checked on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable throughout. Thanks so much Qantas, we will definitely be traveling with you again with our little one in tow!"

Noisy aircraft, poor quality headsets (I'd inadvertently packed my NC headphones in checked luggage)."

I also appreciated the many bottles and glasses of water that were offered to keep us hydrated. Several different snack options were offered throughout the trip, if one was hungry."
Points négatifs : "The flight boarded and departed a little late so this made connections a little tight at the other end. The floors in the toilet were usually damp from splashes and handwashing. Maybe this is already done, but it would be nice if they were wiped down periodically. Crying children are often a problem on airplanes and this was the case again on this flight. Not sure of a solution but they do affect everyone nearby."
