Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Points négatifs : "The flight was delayed 1 hour. we get on plane. then an announcement that in previous flight plane hit a bird so they needed to dissemble the plane. we got off plane at 11:26 pm. waited there. received a text announcement it would leave now at 2 am. the staff on site did not announce this information till 12:45 am. we waited and then got good news flight was going to take off. not in a logical way the plane took off all our luggage off the plane. and then could not add our luggage back on to the plane because tsa was now closed. so paperwork for getting luggage was poorly committed. not bright people. I hope my luggage arrives like they say a day later."

China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Talk about an airline having no sense of class. That's a cheap, stupid move."

The passenger beside me was overweight and he spilled into my seat partially. All of this did not make for a comfortable flight but thankfully it wasn't too long."

Points négatifs : "My Son's water bottle was emptied despite my protests that nobody at any airport has ever done such a thing. The water had even been okayed by the Hongkong airport 1st security point after we landed in HKG from Delhi. But the there was additional checking of handluggage again just before boarding and they threw away my Son's water. This is unacceptable. Also the food was not up to quality. I got practically the same food in both meals."
