I have guitar when I fly, they don’t allow to take the guitar with you on board even the bins was empty

Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Qantas and Emirates flights were awesome, the timing of dimming lights to encourage sleep was great and the food service and timings were perfect. bathrooms were clean and enough legroom in economy

Also the touch screen is not working, at first I pushed so hard until i hurt my finger tip, at the end I used buttons on an remote to control the screen(stupid me!!). The screen reset to an old version couple of times during the flight the crew had to reset for me( the airline should know what i'm talking about) It's a six-hour flight but the meal was literally served at 8.55pm(original time) in my section which is the last section to get food when the flight took of at 6.10pm(original time) - almost three hours into the flight. Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."

Truly disappointing when you pay for the extra leg room in an exit row and you can’t watch any videos. Unfortunately, the ICE video center was broken on the way to Dubai also. In addition, the flight crew lets people stand around in front of you which reduces the extra leg room you pay a hefty price for. What’s the point of charging over $700 for this added “luxury” on each of your flights from JFK to Male, Maldives when you can’t use it. Emirates is nice, but didn’t reach the expectations they set."

A long haul flight needs roomy and comfortable seats.

BR sink is not properly draining! Oh my! Water is still in the sink from previous passenger.. gross!!!! No toilet seat paper. Too much trash everywhere.. aisle, tray is taking forever to pick up. Movies are too old- most of them. You should have movies for the past 5yrs only. Mix your food of western and middle east. Food that was served is too much for some passengers who are not so familiar with. Too spicy/smelly for me. One meal of this is enough for me… not the whole flight meals. Crews are so helpful and friendly! They are the best throughout my flight/travel experience. Good job!!! Please prioritize how keep your bathrooms clean! Thank you!

By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

Months out my flight was cancelled and I was rebooked onto a later flight that would have made us miss all of our transfers to our honeymoon on Fitzroy Island. Because I had booked through 'a 3rd party' Qantas refused to assist me. I managed to convince budget air to change our flights. We were moved to a jetstar flight from Melbourne to cairns. I had to confirm that this had occurred and go through multiple people online to reallocate seats and food options for my husband and myself again. Only my luggage allowance was carried across to jetstar and neither of our meal allowances were. When it came to online check-in with jetstar I could not check my husband in online only myself. I spoke to multiple people online who all confirmed they didn't know why or there was no problem and we should just present ID and check in in person. When we got to the airport Qantas had not transferred the e-ticket code across for my husband's booking and this is why we could not check him in online. The jetstar staff had to try to get his original booking code from Qantas. As it turned out I had to original booking code through budget Air in my hand and had to assert this information to staff. Flying back we were able to check in online fine with Qantas. Our boarding passes printed different sizes but did not present a problem when we dropped off our luggage. When we sent to check in the staff member couldn't get the smaller pass to read and my husband had to assert that he also had it on his phone. Despite all of my online conversations the aisle seat was allocated to me and not my husband who required it because of a medical condition and the flight was 30min delayed. We won't be traveling with Qantas or jetstar, or booking through budget Air again."

Flight attendant sounded unprofessional over PA Would like more snacks - savoury and sweet, instead of just savoury. Snack was not sufficient for a 3 hour flight landing at 9pm. Had to wait on plane while airbridge was brought to the plane so everyone could disembark - “they weren’t expecting the flight!!” Whole flight still waiting for luggage after 55 minutes of standing at carousel and only after 55 minutes an announcement to say handlers are tending to a departure and we have to wait another 10 minutes - a whole hour for luggage - take carry on only next time!!!! 4 flights collecting luggage from the one carousel!!"

First time I've ever seen this on a plane. Ok, so Qantas got us there safely but the inflight movies its what makes it bearable."

Points négatifs : "broken tables and damaged seats ( electrical cords lose) they give you a menu and have no pre-dinner drink service don't ask for a drink after meals have been served - you won't get it too much service to ask for snacks after six hours - the staff eat them and give you their vegetarian sandwiches, then other crew try to say no that's not true - one of them is lying seats are tight - especially if you are 188cm tall. they throw all the cooked mid flight snacks out after three hours of being in the oven yet they don't walk up and down the isle and offer them to you. Yeah right - 23 staff eat them themselves. same movies and TV - I do a flight every month and its always the same with maybe one or two new movies added unloading oversize in LAX - give yourself at least 1.5 hours - they are slow and inefficient. Unloading in Melbourne was ok but bags took for ever. Wish they would go to Beijing or Shanghai and see how it is done in less than 15 minutes from docking. United/Delta is looking good at this stage"
