Points négatifs : "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Ryan Air had changed their baggage policy after we booked. Originally allowed one carry on and one personal bag. Now you have to purchase priority to take both"

I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine"

Points négatifs : "Checking opened 20 minutes late and lengthy queues through security meantwe had no time to grab food/shopping as we had to rush to gate as no notifications that our flight was actually delayed by an hour. Everyone was herded onto buses to wait there for some reason rather than at gate"
Points positifs : "Easy boarding, plane looked clean, crew all smart and genuine smiles. The bonus is we arrived early and their were no Benidorm p..s artists on board. Excellent."
Points négatifs : "Only that we were late leaving, this didn’t matter in the end because we arrived early. I only gave one star for Food & Entertainment as the option to give no stars is not available. I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid."

Points négatifs : "My small backpack was taken in as checked luggage although it would fit under the seat. Plus, lots of customers (50%) booked priority boarding just to have a luggage piece onboard. The crew overdid it and there was plenty of space left for cabin luggage on board."

Points négatifs : "It was my fourth flight with Ryanair in one week and in all those flights it was super cold temperature in the cabin. I asked the flight attendants for a bit higher at every flight but they did not fix it. Crew said that the captain regulates it.. At each flight all passengers in the rows around me agreed that it was very cold and they said that its always cold and the crew never changes it anyway. They cannot expect anything getting warmer, it is always uncomfortable cold. The flights were horrible and uncomfortable because of just that detail. I have problem with my throat and breathing since then. It got irritated and soar. I am a regular flyer becuase of my job and tried Ryanair but it was the coldest trips ever."

The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"
Points positifs : "The price of the flight was fair. I had booked 4 days in advance and overall the seat was comfy, leg room was good and flight crew okay and apologetic about the delays."

The boarding staff member was rather rude and loved talking about how much Ryanair always delayed at the moment, which I felt was odd to be bragging about how the company you're working for isn't performing well and my suitcase was damaged and now has a rather large hole in its side"

Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."

Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."

We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."
