Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"

Points négatifs : "Going with one airline and coming back with Ryanair meant I could only get my boarding pass 2days before flight, rather than the beginning of the whole trip. I tried 6x's on my mph to no avail, day before, got it on a desktop on last day."

The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late."

Points négatifs : "Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."
Points négatifs : "I was there 10 minutes from my flight because of a lot problems from airline doesnt matter and they supposed to take a flight at 15:30 my flight was delay but we arrived at 15:40 and i was thinking i lost but suddenly i saw that it was missing 10 people more and i was running like hell on it and at the gate they didnt let us to take a bus ... The funny was that the plane departure at 16:20 that was freaking out and Im never gona take that airline ! I always chose Norwegian but i was thinkkng that they have change little bit ° , in Norwegian one time they wait for me 20 minutes 20 minutes ! Ryanair is the most Bad and i feel sad if i m writing for them as well !"

It is not made clear that this bag must go through security with you and therefore cannot contain liquids. We had to jettison a lot of toiletries. When we got to the gate we were allowed to take the bags on anyway. What is the point of this?"

Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."

I carried a personal baggage with me on the plane then flight attendant took it away and told me I will get it back at the arrival belt. When I landed I couldn’t find mine. I had reported to the ground desk and they not helpful at all. So now I lost all of my travel documents and money. I feel so bad. This Tuesday I will fly back to Thailand and still don’t know how to redo my passport."

Both times we checked in and because we didn't pay for early check in we all got separated despite there being room to all sit together or at least in pairs. Had to pay to move to sit together. It costs £80 to bring a suitcase for the hold, however if you don't pay for priority boarding your handluggage gets placed in the hold anyway despite there being more than enough space in overhead lockers. If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. Next time I'll be going with another company who actually provide a basic service"

Points négatifs : "I booked a flight using Kayak and did not receive a confirmation email with boarding pass. When I arrived to the airport they said that because I didn't have a boarding pass they need to print it and charged me 50 euro. I felt that this was a scam for Ryanair to make money off their customers. They said it was Kayak's fault that I did not receive a confirmation email. Then after my flight left, an email came. I want a refund of 50 euro."
