They literally don’t have a tracking system. And their only response to us was that we could go ahead and leave a bad review on the website and that’s it. I’m not kidding! Points négatifs : "We flew Latam to go snowboarding in Argentina. The moment we arrived at the desk to check in, it was chaos. We waited in line for almost 2 hours to check in. When we got to Buenos Aires, our snowboard bags had not made it on the flight. Having to deal with Latam agents who hardly spoke English and were not helpful at all was intensity frustrating. Our bags finally got to our destination 2 days later. We had to drive to the airport to pick them up because they were not going to deliver them for another day, so we would have been 3 days without our snowboard gear. Latam did nothing to compensate us for the days lost no did they even seem to care. This is one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. I booked a return flight on Delta and lost $1000 just so I don’t have to deal with Latam again. Any money you save on a flight is not worth having to deal with this company. Stick with reliable American-based companies with customer service that is up to American standards."

The crew always seems to be bothered to serve the customer. There is also a big difference between services going straight to Santiago on the 787 and to Peru on the 767. I understand the plan (767) is older and that does not bother me. What bothers me is the disparity in service between the two. I received great service the first time I traveled on LATAM, ever since then they have disappointed. I do not understand what is going on with them."

In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

The agent in the counter claimed that they could do that because was "legal to overbook". One of the agents at the gate when I went to get my seat indicated that I paid for a "cheap ticket" and that I should take whatever seat they have left. I was given 46E. I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

J'ai dû payer taxe de 150$ à l'aéroport pour cette malhonnêteté. Exactement la même remarque concernant la nourriture. Il n'y eu aucun moment durant la réservation où l'on a pu choisir notre régime alimentaire. Étant végétarien j ai recu un plat avec viande. Le staff m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler la compagnie auparavant, comment le deviner ? De plus, le petit dejeuner était composé de un ridicule sandwich jambon fromage. J'ai demandé pour changer et dit que du jambon au petit déjeuner n'était pas nécessaire mais on m'a répondu avec insolence que c'était un petit déjeuner "normal"! Le service avant même l'embarquement était médiocre et désagréable. A bord, le staff parlaient quasiment exclusivement en espagnol alors que le vol venait du Brésil. A bord, on nous informe sur pour pouvoir regarder des films, il faut télécharger une application car il n'y a pas d'écran disponible. Une fois a bord les réseaux ne fonctionnent généralement pas! Alors le staff propose un iPad a 10€ ?? C'est une action plus que malhonnête!! Informez vos clients à l'avance."

We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."

Points négatifs : "I had to add luggage into the booking. In short, that is impossible to do on the website, and very little information about luggage in the booking procedure. So, the passenger didn't take any changes and asked me to book flight with another airline. Which I did, and found out that canceling is not a thing that you do either...."

Points négatifs : "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do."
