I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Points négatifs : "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Points négatifs : "it is a leased Airbus that is really showing its age... They handed out iPads for entertainment rather than use the antiquated "in seat" system. No overhead lights on the aircraft. Also, late departure."
Points positifs : "Les PNC sont aimables et prévoyants. L'embarquement s'est fait sans problèmes. Le diner est correct, mais le petit déjeuner est moyen."
Points négatifs : "Le gros point noir est l'écran "tactile" très peu pratique. Il faut en effet cliquer avec son ongle pour pouvoir l'utiliser ... Autre gros point noir la variété des films et de la musique est quasi inexistante. Il est même difficile de trouver quelque chose de correct à regarder/écouter."

Points négatifs : "L'avion qui venait de Paris avait 50 places de moins ...donc, pas de place pour moi.,mais sans pouvoir justifier mon entêtement je suis resté devant le comptoir de service 3 heures et une heure avant le départ il y a un passager qui avait une correspondance et que la compagnie avait décidé de prioriser et il ne s'est pas présenté,,J'ai ainsi fait mon vol in extemis.."
