The hostesses were super friendly always offering some sort of beverage, the food was tasty (Be careful not to drop noodles on yourself like I did, those bad boys left a little mark). The video selection wasn't huge, but it was definitely adequate with good titles. Maybe I haven't noticed this before in other airlines, but they had new toothbrushes (packaged, not someone's forgotten toothbrush) in the restroom so the poor sap next to me didn't have to smell my stinky breath. Finally, they were quick with boarding! They were very punctual and we took off right when we got on, so nice!"
Points négatifs : "The seats were pretty adequately sized, however, I felt like I couldn't lay back too far or if the the person in front of me did, it made it really difficult to get the seats. Also, I thought it was my headphones, but it happened on a couple of flights with different headphones, but the audio only comes out of one earphone which was slightly annoying... Other than those things, JAL is super solid and I would recommend it to anyone considering them."

Points négatifs : "My brother and his wife had to wait 12 hrs for plane delay,just to hear that AA canceled all flight for that date. The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

Staff respond when you ask for assistance. They smile and work with the passengers. They were actively present almost all the time which was amazing. There is just no, "no," on Japanese Airlines. I loved the media options."

First of all he takes off his shoes and then his socks and crosses his legs so his barefoot is right next to my tray table. Then he proceeds to unbutton his pants and unbuckle his belt. This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"

Even if the sun is bright, you can still look out and enjoy the view. I love this feature of the 787 and am always a little disappointed when I'm back in any other aircraft."

The seats are extremely narrow to the point out of unprobabability to have your own space even if sitting next to regular build person. Food was only ok and service was below average with trash often not collected and needing to request water etc"

For a daily if their system, they denied service to passenger. This is the second time with them. Last time when another airline missed connection and this time a ticket that I purchased. Doubt if I would, again."

Points positifs : "Cet avion un B--777 avait plus d’espace pour les jambes, ce qui fut fortement apprécie.. Ce n'était pas le cas pour les épaules, surtout si le voisin est le moindrement corpulent ou un peu hors norme, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ni celui de mon épouse."

However, when the person in front of me reclines for the ENTIRE flight, my screen is too low to watch, I cannot use my try to eat and its like having someone laying in your lap.........it should not be allowed ( reclining)."

This resulted in our luggage not getting to Bali and we had to wait 36 hours to get it. As we were leaving on a tour the next day it made it very difficult to get the airline to understand where we needed our luggage and how important it was to get it. It took numerous phone calls, all of which were costly long distance, to get them to commit to getting our luggage to us"

The plane was old - there was food from the previous flight in my seat when I arrived. The blanks and pillows looked used and worn. Our flight arrived 45 minutes late with no explanation - it seemed to be a result of the slow/delayed boarding process. I will avoid Cathay Pacific going forward."

Points négatifs : "Online check-in system is terrible. 2 out of the 4 legs of the flights I was unable to check-in and get a seat assigned. Then there's nothing you could do except to show up at the counter on the day of the flight. How could the system be so inflexible that we are now almost in 2017?!"

Points négatifs : "Staff are not as friendly and knowledgable as other airlines I have flown in Asia. Staff need to take control of the plane and have people prepare for take off a lot quicker than they do. I only experience this with Cathay and not other Asian airlines."
