Check in - no check in line for premium passengers.( really bad experience) Cabin crews could not separate passengers from other cabin consisting using lavatory there fore passengers constantly walk back and forward. (It’s really unpleasant) It’s. Not worth the money to paid for the experience and services."

Non-reclining economy seats which are desperately uncomfortable for any flight of more than 1 hour, and completely unsuitable for an overnight flight. These planes desperately need a refit. Best avoided until this has been completed. The flight was overbooked, and the cabin crew seemed stressed and very busy. As a long term frequent flyer with CX, this was a very disappointing experience."

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

However someone was sitting there. The crew member told me that since the person had settled in I'd have to sit in another seat and pointed to yet another seat. Needless to say I was very confused and more than a little ticked with the inconsistent behaviour. Things didn't get any better when they defended their approach instead of simply acknowledging the problem."

There were body fluid stains and long hairs stuck to the covers. I went through and rejected four of them. Inflight service was good but there was an unwritten Cathay Pacific rule that I was not aware of.........each passenger is restricted to two alcohol beverage drinks in any one hour period."

My brother who did get the meal stated that it was very poor quality. The egg was terrible tasting, powered egg replacement."

Points négatifs : "The food on the return flight from Hong Kong to Tokyo has got to be the worst I have eaten on any economy flight. It was fish and rice and it tasted as if it has passed it's best date. I attempted 2 mouthfuls and then decided to not continue waiting from the tray at all. The exception was the packaged biscuit. I refused tea and coffee on the basis of the food disaster."

In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

More comfortable seats than most airlines, attentive and kind stewardesses, a very good flight, and good food. They even pass out sleep masks, slippers, and have personal toothbrush and toothpaste kits available in the bathroom. Much better than most American airlines."
Points négatifs : "However, the ticketing and boarding personel at JFK are no longer the former polite and efficient Russian-speaking staff, and I wonder if this is a forced change due to JFK union rules? They are now native New Yorkers of various ethnic groups, like random JFK personnel, but not one of them ticketing us in the late evening spoke Russian! I saw several Russians struggling to try to get them to understand ticketing problems, and one older woman burst into tears, thinking they were telling her she couldn't get on the plane. The woman at the desk just coldly held up her hands in an X, gesturing her to get away. Please go back to the native Russian-language speakers. I didn't know if these were really Aeroflot employees, so didn't give a low rating as the flight itself was great. Also, when they lined us up to get on the plane it was four lines, with no instruction and no signs, even in English as to what the lines were for-- we were simply lined up like cattle, and after shoving me from one line to the next, with no explanation, even in English, finally herded us on the plane. It was a dehumanizing experience."
