I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again."

Moreover, that flight attendant looked like a bar hostess than a professional person. Her English was very ppor. I talked to the bursar. She kept apologizing but it did not help. I am multi million miler and Diamond member with Delta, I never had an experience like this, AEROFLOT really needs to train their people better. Very bad experience."

I also had a problem that my luggage transferring from another airline in London, with a very short layover, did not make my flight. Aeroflot personnel at SVO Moscow took care of this and my luggage was delivered the next day in perfect shape."

You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."

Points négatifs : "The flight was mostly older Mainland Chinese people that tend to be a bit rowdy crowd. In this case so much so that they did not allow to sleep or watch a movie comfortably. Several of them stood when landing even before the plane had slowed down. I understand that these people do not know the rules but I think is responsible fo the crew to enforce the rules. I have had the same situation flying Delta and United and in both airlines every time something like this happens the crew comes to put order. This is for comfort and security of other passengers."

I had to find out myself there's another evening flight! When I transferred I made sure that my luggage will move with me to the evening flight, the representative said it will although it was obvious he wasn't sure. All the airline representatives didn't speak good enough English. Last but not least, there was no AC on the plane for the first 3 hours. Of course when I arrived to my destination, my luggage didn't arrive as expected (arrived on the red eye)."

First, for international transfer, a big crowd had to squeezed into a small space and wait for security check. Secondly, there are too many shops in the waiting areas, and the passengers had to compete for space and sit on stairs, while the internal air quality was quite poor which became more severe in summer. Thirdly, the toilets need a complete re-vamp. It was not a pleasant experience to use toilet."

With potatoes carrots and broccoli. Entertainment was pretty lacking. Not a lot of options. Also it was freezing the entire flight."

Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."
