Points positifs : TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Points négatifs : TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Points positifs : The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Points négatifs : The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Points négatifs : Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Points positifs : The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Points négatifs : I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Points négatifs : Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy
