This ticket was purchased last minute due to an unexpected death in the family so it was the only option we had to get my uncle to LA asap in order to be with the family during such tragedy. Why would you even let us book if there was no room and why was he the one to be asked to stay behind? Is it because it was booked though you? because it was a third party booking and not direct? If so then it's not even worth the few dollars we saved if it means the flight will be unreliable and the insurance means absolutely nothing through you guys. Ultimately, truly disappointing and I know that we can not depend on booking this way again if in your policy it states this ist ok to do and not even compensate one bit for making your travelers go though this."

So I had to rebook a new flight at a premium cost just to get where I needed to go or risk losing my whole vacation. On top of that the baggage they lost is my backpack...hard to go backpacking across Norway with no backpack. Then they ship the backpack to the wrong airport, incorrectly wrote down my wrong cell number so they couldn't even call me...one cluster f*ck after another."

And the prices for the awful food at the airport in Reykjavik were outrageous and they were not even posted, so until you went to pay you didn't know that those two pieces of stale bread with a thin slice of ham cost more than $12. They said you will make it, stay in line. I get near the front of the line 2 hours later... hundreds of people were in this line and they only had 2/10 customs agents available!!! I ask another representative how far my gate is since my flight leaves in 30 min and she told me “no you missed it. but don’t worry others will be missing it too”. So no I did not miss it, you caused me to miss it cause I already asked if I would and you people told me no. I run to the gate, which has now changed to the other end of the airport, so I run to that gate and it is 10 min before the flight is to take off. I ask the desk agent at the gate and he tells me the flight has already left. Others had missed it too due to the insane customs line up. So the plane left 20 mins earlier than scheduled with only half it’s passengers..... unbelievable!!! When I went to the service desk they did not show any sympathy or apologetic behaviours whatsoever."

I won't have enough room to tell you everything that happen and you might get bore but the list is very long. And I'm the person who complaint the less normaly. By the way I happen to met a ex-fly attendant who quited because of the relation in that compagny and another (passenger) that had problem with Azores and she also told me these azores flight are quite often delay because they are base on Azores island and the fly condition over there are bad like with the wind."
