Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services..

Check in at airport staff Alba was very nice and helpful. Airplane crew was friendly but some of the air hostesses push their way through the pushing customers

Needed my family to be together at flight. Customer service was useless and did not help to resolve the problem. It was only resolve at last minute at the airport check in. Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall.

I booked a flight from Lisbon to JFK with a stopover in Madrid. Instead of going to JFK, my flight landed in Boston. There was no AirEuropa representative in Boston. The state police told all of the passengers that we were considered stranded and that we had to figure it out ourselves and then seek reimbursement from AirEuropa. I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa

cramped chairs and an attached box under my seat limiting foot space. Also i didn't like having to plug into their wifi and pay a fee.so i didn't use it. couldn't figure it out either since my phone had been stolen at the MAD airport and all I had was a kindle fire.

En fait ce n'est pas AIR CARAIBES mais FRENCH BLUE qui est en charge du vol. C'est un vol LOWCOST A priori, le coût du billet est plus interressant ??? Sur le site AIR CARAIBES ce n'est pas le cas. Ponctuel et appareil tout neuf. Wifi payante.

Repas à minima. Et toutes les boissons supplémentaires sont payantes. Equipage moyen. Elles sont là uniquement pour le minimum et pour vendre les boissons et snacks, et duty free. Ne passent que très rarement dans les rangées. Très long pour débarrasser les plateaux. Proposition de films à minima également. très peu de récents. Peu de place dans les sieges sous forme 3x3x3. Commandant de bord ne parle que l'anglais meme en arrivant sur le tarmac à ORLY !!!

The airline canceled the original flight. They then rescheduled the flight to a date and time that I could not accept. I called and notified the travel agency and was first told I'd be refunded but then received another reschedule notice. That flight was also eventually canceled. The airline rescheduled me to another flight ( number 3 at this point) which I clearly told them, over there phone, twice, that I could not accept. I was told they would check with the airline to see if I could have a refund. I later received an email that said I would not get a refund for lack of communicating that I would not accept the rescheduled flight. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Worst travel related experience I've had with an airline and travel agency.

Check in at airport staff Alba was very nice and helpful. Airplane crew was friendly but some of the air hostesses push their way through the pushing customers

Needed my family to be together at flight. Customer service was useless and did not help to resolve the problem. It was only resolve at last minute at the airport check in. Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall.

I had the chicken. Not very good. Also. In Rome Alitalia employees were doing checkin and it was a bit chaotic and disorganized.

Staff was nice

Very cramped. Poor leg room also with.metal bars under seats that further. Limited foot room. Terrible options in movies. The seats in front of us reclined so far that I couldn’t do anything but stare at the back of the seat anyway.

Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights.

Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services..
