First the online check-in wasn't working on their website for days, because it kept saying error! Basically their website wasn't working! It slowed me down to have to check in at the airport when I should have been able to check in online. Upon boarding the plane, they made us wait in the shuttle bus for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with the plane. Finally, they told us the aircraft was broken and they would take us back to the terminal. They made us wait in the shuttle bus (most of us standing) another 20 minutes before actually taking us back to the terminal. They didn't communicate with us what was going on. At the terminal, they still wouldn't tell us how long for our flight. Finally (2 hours past when we were supposed to depart), we were informed that our flight would depart in another 3 hours. They gave us 11 euros worth of food/drink vouchers but that's honestly not much. Just 1 sandwich/drink isn't filling at all considering we didn't end up departing until 6 hours later than our initial scheduled flight! Then the plane we got was incredibly cramped and small. The cabin storage bins were smaller than the plane we should have had. The crew gave us all 1 free snack (like chips/candy bar) and tea/water and were nice enough. But totally unacceptable experience overall!! Broken website, broken aircraft, and poor communication! And how do you not realize the plane is broken until right before it's supposed to depart??

I found the girls who checked us in had an attitude problem. We had just arrived from Orlando and walked a very long way from the terminal. We are senior citizens and we're tired from travelling all night. My daughter had booked us on the flight so we did not understand about paying for our luggage. I was extremely upset about having to pay 80 pounds. We were told if they were paid in advance it would have been half the price. I made an attempt to call your office but was told it would be 98, there was confusion over pounds and kilos. Your staffs manner in the morning needs attention. Nice seats! Flight tracker. Our flight in the way home was cancelled due to bad weather and although we had to queue for some time all the information we needed about what to do about food, hotels, travel, etc was given to us along with a new flight the next day with seats together. First time I've had a flight cancelled and was impressed with the service I received (now got to try and claim our expenses back so fingers crossed that goes ok).

I feel like the overall product is so devalued at BA these days. It just doesn't feel classy anymore. As opposed to Lufthansa, which is an example of a European carrier that cares about passenger comfort and experience. Also the typical circling of LHR to get a slot is annoying and makes me want to avoid BA.

Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.

From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great.

The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good.

1. Plane engine set fire while taking off... leaking fuel. 2. My bag fee was waived, but the next day after being grounded and put in a cheap hotel for the night, I was RECHARGED $100. 3. They knew my flight left at 9pm, still gave me ONLY 1 hotel voucher so I was kicked out of the hotel at 12pm with NOWHERE to go for NINE HOURS with 125lbs of luggage. 4. They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration.

The woman at the check in desk worked patiently with us until she found us an alternate route. We werare given food and hotel vouchers to get us through the night.

Our British Airways flight was downgraded to a smaller airplane and we were not informed of this until we were in an hour in to waiting in a very long line to check in at the airport. We were unable to check in online the night before but not told why, and then we were unable to check in at the electronic kiosk at the airport but also not told way. When we got into the very confused and long line at the check-in desk 2.5 hours before our scheduled departure, we waited for almost an hour before anybody told us what was going on. They then told us that the flight has been downgraded to a smaller airplane, and that the agents were individually looking into rerouting passengers as they came up to the desk. Yeah sure does that the flight would not leave until everything was resolved and that people who had purchased their flights earlier would have priority. We then waited another 1.5 hours before it was our turn to speak to an agent at the desk. She told us that we would definitely not be getting on the flight because we had not checked in in time, which we had been unable to do. She then worked on rerouting us and offered us what sounded like an excellent flight option direct to Amsterdam on KLM the following day, however when we went to KLM to check in for the flight they said it was overbooked and we could go standby but we would not be guaranteed seats. We went back to her again and she eventually booked us on a Delta flight through Salt Lake City leaving the following day. We are currently in Salt Lake awaiting our flight to Amsterdam. This gets us to Amsterdam 12 hours after planned, Shortening our vacation with friends and causing us to miss events that have been planned. We are very upset that there was no information provided to us earlier and that British Airways did not, as is customary, first seek volunteers to take later flights, before bumping people off due to a lack of seats on their available plane. Instead they gave priority to people that had paid more money to check in with priority. We booked our flights 3 1/2 months ahead of time and feel that we were grossly AND unnecessarily put out by the actions and lack of communication throughout the process with British Airways.

Late BA flight made sure I had to wait 7 hours to catch and EVA air flight. I want my money back. I paid 1000 to flight British Airways not to be crammed on a flight as a show away. Super uncomfortable seat on EVA and a terrible experience. I fell on the plane.

Boarded an hour late then sat on tarmac for an hour. Crew told us they would phone ahead to let connecting flights know we were delayed. Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

They made us wait in the shuttle bus (most of us standing) another 20 minutes before actually taking us back to the terminal. They didn't communicate with us what was going on. At the terminal, they still wouldn't tell us how long for our flight. Finally (2 hours past when we were supposed to depart), we were informed that our flight would depart in another 3 hours. They gave us 11 euros worth of food/drink vouchers but that's honestly not much. Just 1 sandwich/drink isn't filling at all considering we didn't end up departing until 6 hours later than our initial scheduled flight! Then the plane we got was incredibly cramped and small. The cabin storage bins were smaller than the plane we should have had. The crew gave us all 1 free snack (like chips/candy bar) and tea/water and were nice enough. But totally unacceptable experience overall!! Broken website, broken aircraft, and poor communication! And how do you not realize the plane is broken until right before it's supposed to depart??

Boarded an hour late then sat on tarmac for an hour. Crew told us they would phone ahead to let connecting flights know we were delayed. Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

Our British Airways flight was downgraded to a smaller airplane and we were not informed of this until we were in an hour in to waiting in a very long line to check in at the airport. We were unable to check in online the night before but not told why, and then we were unable to check in at the electronic kiosk at the airport but also not told way. When we got into the very confused and long line at the check-in desk 2.5 hours before our scheduled departure, we waited for almost an hour before anybody told us what was going on. They then told us that the flight has been downgraded to a smaller airplane, and that the agents were individually looking into rerouting passengers as they came up to the desk. Yeah sure does that the flight would not leave until everything was resolved and that people who had purchased their flights earlier would have priority. We then waited another 1.5 hours before it was our turn to speak to an agent at the desk. She told us that we would definitely not be getting on the flight because we had not checked in in time, which we had been unable to do. She then worked on rerouting us and offered us what sounded like an excellent flight option direct to Amsterdam on KLM the following day, however when we went to KLM to check in for the flight they said it was overbooked and we could go standby but we would not be guaranteed seats. We went back to her again and she eventually booked us on a Delta flight through Salt Lake City leaving the following day. We are currently in Salt Lake awaiting our flight to Amsterdam. This gets us to Amsterdam 12 hours after planned, Shortening our vacation with friends and causing us to miss events that have been planned. We are very upset that there was no information provided to us earlier and that British Airways did not, as is customary, first seek volunteers to take later flights, before bumping people off due to a lack of seats on their available plane. Instead they gave priority to people that had paid more money to check in with priority. We booked our flights 3 1/2 months ahead of time and feel that we were grossly AND unnecessarily put out by the actions and lack of communication throughout the process with British Airways.

I feel like the overall product is so devalued at BA these days. It just doesn't feel classy anymore. As opposed to Lufthansa, which is an example of a European carrier that cares about passenger comfort and experience. Also the typical circling of LHR to get a slot is annoying and makes me want to avoid BA.

First the online check-in wasn't working on their website for days, because it kept saying error! Basically their website wasn't working! It slowed me down to have to check in at the airport when I should have been able to check in online. Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.

From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great.

The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good.

Late BA flight made sure I had to wait 7 hours to catch and EVA air flight. I want my money back. I paid 1000 to flight British Airways not to be crammed on a flight as a show away. Super uncomfortable seat on EVA and a terrible experience. I fell on the plane.
