Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.

Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

We then had to go through an arduous process to get handwritten boarding passes in Madrid. This put us at the end of the line for boarding. Then the gate agent refused to let us board because the boarding passes Iberia customer service wrote and stamped didn’t have ticket # on ithem. The gate agent made it clear that it was all on me to go back to the agent at customer service to get it addressed and make it back in-time. The other passenger was my 80 year old mother who a I had to leave unaccompanied at the gate so i’d have some chance of running across the terminal and making it back in-time, which fortunately I did. The complete lack of interest in helping or even acknowledging that this was their mistake is the reason why I will never fly Iberia again."

Arrivé a l'heure pour l'enregistrement, il y a eu une alerte au colis suspect, la zone est donc évacuée. Une fois le problème levé, l'enregistrement n'est plus possible car Transavia a envoyé le vol laissant tout les passagers restant sur le carreau. La solution proposé par Transavia, "racheté un billet"! Merci Transavia! pour moi c'est fini, une compagnie qui réduit les couts je peux comprendre, une compagnie qui n'aide pas ses clients est une honte, surtout en rejetant la faute sur vous. Le service client est uniquement la pour s'excuser, c'est bien les excuses, ca coute pas chère, mais les solutions elles vous pouvez toujours courir. Une honte."

This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Points négatifs : "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. We had chosen an 11AM flight and had appointments late afternoon in NYC. It was a direct flight. Instead, we had a flight from CDG with a layover in London, and then another flight to NYC. We arrived at 5PM at JFK. By the time we arrived in NYC, it was 7PM and of course too late for our appointments."

I had to pay 39 dollars for each seat then to sit next to my niece. It was a gift to her and I couldn’t wait until 24 hours before boarding and leave it up to chance. Was next to family with 2 crying children, younger one threw up all over mother and the aisle and seat. Flight attendants did nothing to clear the area and it smelled like vomit for 4 hours. I have flown with British Airways many times. The flight crew was not of the caliber of British Aireays flight staff. Very disappointed with this entire experience, from booking to flight."

We had to stay on the plan that entire 4 hours, being updated only twice about the situation. When we finally took off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. At one point my friend asked for more water and the attendant said she would be back with more and never returned...during landing it was extremely unsmooth. We were about to land and then the pilot shot us back up and circled for another 45 minutes because he was “too early”. I can understand this may happen at airports sometimes but after being on the plane for 12 hours this was extremely annoying. The seats were very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep at all during my red eye flight. I ended up getting sick during landing because of the roughness of it (mind you I have never in my life thrown up on an airplane) and the flight attendants were extremely unaccomodating. I couldn’t even get up to throw away my bag and they wouldn’t bring over anything to put it in. Also my sick bag had a piece of someone else’s used gum in it so that was gross as well. Overall I had an absolutely horrible flight and I’m absolutely dreading the flight back home. Please fly another airline if possible."

Being crammed like sardines is fine for a 1 hour flight. It is not okay or acceptable for an 8 hour flight."

I was placed in a middle seat although I’m 6’-5” and told I should work it out myself with someone if I want to move. I will not fly this airline again. You have to be in business class to have any reasonable amount of leg room."

Au final si un vol avec OpenSkies est beaucoup moins cher que par exemple Delta ou AirFrance ce serait à refaire, mais pour une différence de 100€ même cela ne vaut pas le service des grandes compagnies classiques."

How could they have possibly found something so inedible to put on this plane? I think maybe you can buy better food on flight but I was not offered it. I felt it unsafe. When people asked if I was nervous of terrorism in Paris, I said not as much as I fear the flight back to JFK. When you book make sure you look at more than price. I like cheap, but would never have taken this flight if I had known the danger."

The food was ok, just because there was a pea side and I hate peas. The dessert though was excellent."

The seats went back extremely far which could be seen as a huge positive, but it really took away whatever leg room there was. (I'm a legroom person - I got wiggly legs!). And if you didn't put your seat back as well, the person in front of you who put their seat back was in your face and the TG was suuuuper close to your face. I really didn't like the food. I got the Mac n cheese which had potential but it was almost cold! It wasn't heated up all the way, so I couldn't eat it. But I brought my own food so it was all good!:-) We also only had one working bathroom which turned out to work ok because everyone sorta worked together - but with a different set of people - it could have been a problem. But it totally worked on our flight!:-) It would be awesome if they including some sort of internet as well! But after flying Inited which has no entertainment system what so ever - I was extremely grateful for a tv with awesome Movies and tv shows!"

After doing everything imaginable to help me while on board, one of the flight attendants even escorted me in a wheelchair through customs and out to the curb to be sure I was safely carried home. Whoever does the hiring and training of the FA's should be proud. I am so appreciative! My thanks to the crew who helped me! -- John"

Évidemment les prix volotea sont attractifs mais au moindre problème, des sommes exhorbitantes sont demandées. Résultat: ma mère a pris la voiture mais nous avons perdu 200 euros."
