Really angry"

Flight from Almaty-Minsk was delayed (no explanation) , so we could no longer fly from Minsk to Paris, and the end we waited 9 hours for a completely different airline to fly us. So instead of landing in Paris at 10:25 in a morning, we landed at 18:00 so we lost practically whole day in Paris, for what we are very grateful! (Will never choose this airline again)."

Everyone who flew from Paris to Lviv with a layover in Kiev lost their baggage. GREAT NEWS TO HEAR. I understand that this happens from time to time. But we were given hardly any answers as to when we would have our luggage back and we were all a part of a very important even where, oh I don’t know. Clothes would be nice to have. Anyway that’s it. Just a little chunk of our hellish travel day."

Once you are selected to participate in their scam you get to take a slip of paper to the ticketing counter which is the only place they can accept payment. After you pay you are given a receipt that must be taken back to the overworked check in agent (and jump the line in front of other waiting their turn) to get your boarding pass and luggage receipt. Flyer beware!"
