Pour nous annuler complètement Le vol! Nous faire descendre de l'avion, devoir aller se trouver un autre vol, aller recuperer la valise, retourner l'enregistrer, et retourner à la sécurité tous ça avec une amabilité digne de la froideur allemande! Auncuns repas ou autre bois a été offert au moin pour s'excuser. Après avoir eu tous ces problèmes avec la même compagnie j'ai contacter à plusieurs reprises le service client qui m'a raccrocher au nez! On m'a dit qu'on me remboursait Le vol. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles."

At the gate we were asked to check in the other carry on bag which we bought right before the trip making sure it fit the new small size req. Still that was put into check-in. We ended up with no carry on luggages with us boarded. Only to find quite a lot of bags that are much bigger than ours were allowed to be in the cabin."

Points négatifs : "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

I'm glad I had the time to stop at the business lounge first. I don't recall any entertainment system, which isn't a big issue on this short flight."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

We were boarded an hour ahead of departure from Rome for our 10+ hour flight, only to be held on the ground for a one hour delay. I trust that Rome nor Italy need my tourist dollars and there are many lovely other places to spend them. Exceedingly disappointed, Pam Just"

The one thing that gives that niche to the flight experience are the crew - I must say I have had 8 flights in the past 6 weeks but the crew of this holland airlines have been great on all klm flights. Please keep up the good work - your attitude is everything!"

When I asked, stewardess very impolitely answered that I obviously do not know it is Air Malta custom. It seemed to me that she did not know that not all companies are doing that. I left conversation at that point. On the way out of the plain she avoided to address me with even Good buy like other customers... Sad."

The online checkin was also glitchy. I tried three times before managing a complete checkin. I was never sure if I was going to have a ticket when I got to Paris for my next flight. My luggage did it make it. Not sure if that happened in Malta or Paris, though."

Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

Car ce montant s’élevait au double du prix du billet aller et retour !? … Je m’étonne encore d’un tel montant ??? D’autant que j’ai pu déplorer que le traitement de mon bagage n’a absolument pas été à la hauteur de la prestation d’Air France … Je pensais qu’à ce prix mon matériel professionnel aurait voyagé dans de bonnes conditions, sans être comprimé, ni mal traité, et surtout sans subir un tel dégât … À cette heure, je ne comprends d’ailleurs toujours pas, comment cette casse a pu intervenir !? … À moins que leurs bagagistes s’amusent à sauter à pieds joints dessus, vu dans quel état je l’ai retrouvé !!?? … Et puis aujourd’hui, c’est encore l’un de mes bagages qui a été égaré par leurs services … Mais voilà, cela est la énième fois, depuis tant d’années, que je dois à nouveau subir ce manque de sérieux, de professionnalisme et cette incompétence de la part de leurs hommes ! … Dont la mission consiste bien à prendre soin des sacs qu’ils conduisent ! Et dont ils sont seuls responsables, dès l’instant ou ils prennent le bagage en charge, jusqu’au moment ou leur client est censé le récupérer dans les temps !? … Seulement pour ma part, les conséquences sont désastreuses. Et j’ai constaté et subi trop souvent ces désagréments à répétitions. Toutes ces mésaventures, qui m’ont fait perdre à de nombreuses reprises un temps précieux lors de tous mes déplacements ! Réalisateur de documentaires animaliers, Air France a mis en péril trop souvent la réussite de mon travail. Ainsi que toute l’organisation qui a été minutieusement mise en place en amont, par leur manque de charisme … Lorsque le personnel d’Air France fait perdre à leur entreprise des sommes mirobolantes chaque fois qu’il bloque le pays, et les gens qui travaillent, en se mettant en grève ! Il me fait aussi payer chèrement son inaptitude, à chaque fois qu’il brille de son impéritie, par ses erreurs devenues épuisantes et harassantes … Notez que j’ai reçu mon bagage avec plus de 24h de retard … Alors que j’étais censé partir en mer le lendemain matin à 05h00 pour filmer … Malheureusement, et comme à chaque fois qu’ils enrayent le bon fonctionnement de mon travail, la réussite de mon reportage a été fortement compromise !!!"

We would have chosen to not sit together rather than endure that had we been given the option. Also, the menu they distributed said they serve ice cream but we asked and then didn't have any. Points négatifs : "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

We are still covered. This has caused us much discomfort (including welts) well as cost to ensure these bugs did not come home with us."
