With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

My knees hit the seat in front, and later the person there reclined to make things even worse. Since I couldn't slouch, my head was far above the seat back. I realize airlines are squeezing space and this trend will continue. It's become an accessibility problem for me."

It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Points négatifs : "I am filing a complaint for my recent flight from Madrid to Chicago, IL on 2/26/17. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

Points négatifs : "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

Then boarding was started and stopped with no information."

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

He assigned a seat to my boyfriend and informed me that I wont have a seat due to overbooking. We explained to him that we absolutely mus be on the plane due to the importance of an evening we had ahead. He seemed to enjoy the difficulty of our situation & had zero compassion & showed no attempt to help or to see what he can possibly do. The grim on his face suggested "screw you, guys!" And sarcastically added "good luck to you"! Seriously!? I was furious & so upset & also nervous because not making it to the point of our destination would be extremely unfortunate. My boyfriend suggested to assign a seat to me & to check in two luggages under my name & he would figure out an alternative scenario for his way to get to our destination in case they wouldn't find a seat for him at the gate. At the gate we met with two other associates who seemed to have zero training in what their job is. They had no understanding, no outside of the box thinking, no creativity & no any hint of compassion! Striking! Only because a guy from Iberia airlines came to help these two incompetent associates we started to feel that someone with the brain & knowledge is finally involved. Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!"

Then I tired with customer service, and they could not get my payment to work on their end also. So I had to have my husband try, across the globe, and he was finally was able to book my trip. When I got to the airport in Paris, I was told i don't not purchase a ticket with baggage. Which, was incorrect because, I sat on the phone in Italy BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT TO PARIS TO BOARD MY LISBON FLIGHT, and worked out payment with customer service. Due to the fact that there were six pending flights on my credit card. And to top it all off once I was able to check in at the Paris airport, your customer service staff and ticketing staff there, treated me with such disrespect, condescending attitudes, and would not answer any of my questions but told me it was not their problem and I need to work it out with someone else. I then had to repurchase my bags and when I asked to speak to a manager, the ticketing counter said they did not have one and then directed me to the customer service counter. There I was told that they did not work for the vueling company and my issue could not be handled by them. I will never fly this airline again and will advise everyone I know to do the same."
