Points négatifs : Low cost. No entertainment, no drinks. Although nobody around me, to tight for work with laptop

Points négatifs : Flight was delayed over 8 hours in leaving Kiev. The plane was old and the business class was not as pictured when booking. I'll never fly with Ukraine ever again

Points négatifs : They canceled the flight that I booked from muscat to Manama at 1245 and booked to me at 745 am flight, and they keep me waiting for six hours to catch my flight from Manama to Riyadh, They did not offer me a hotel to stay during the waiting period.

Points négatifs : The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Points positifs : Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Points négatifs : Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Points négatifs : The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Points négatifs : I loved everything about Turkish Airlines. Their food is one of the best! You can eat it all and actually tastes good! The level of individual service, unbiased service, is amazing. The crew is polite, well kept, and dare I say very good looking. All my flights with them departed and arrived as scheduled, always!

Points négatifs : The flight attendants ignored me every time they serve drinks. Even when I push the button it took them 10 minutes to get there and then they forgot to bring my water. I had to ask again. There were some Kazak people in front of me, it did not even take two minutes to bring their water. I don't understand, I guess staff is afraid of speaking in English. The aircraft was old and not comfortable.

Points négatifs : The flight left 2 hours late. This is a problem in the bigger picture of air travel. The process of boarding, the service, and actions of the crew were all great.

Points négatifs : I experienced the same things in both of my flights. Flight attendants did not even asked me what I wanted to drink. I have to yell them to receive their attention. They really nee some training.

Points négatifs : Gate agent said the plane is full and dint look to change my seat but turns out a lot of seats on the plane Flight attendant said no to me to change seat but yes to another Russian speaking pessager! Overall, a bad experience with 49 minutes delayed flight!

Points négatifs : Turn on A/C of plane upon boarding (it is the only airline where the A/C is turned on after the aircraft detaches from gate, even budget airlines in have A/C on when boarding) Improve entertainment (more movies / better selection up to date) Increase seating space Improve food options and quality

Points négatifs : The company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Points négatifs : Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either

Points négatifs : Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.
