Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Points négatifs : "Premierement, le personnel de l'aeroport est totalement irrespectueux a l'aeroport frankfurt hahn. Et deuxiemement, les gens sont tres bruyants dans l'avion apres avoir bu de l'alcool. Je pense que des regles plus strictes concernant l'alcoolemie des passagers dans les vols devraient etre mises en place."

Points positifs : "Des heures passé à essayer de trouver une façon d'aanuler les billets. Tout est fait pour renvoyer vers les sites internet qui ne permette pas d'annuler un billet pour trois personnes. Terminer les réservation par internet, c'est une belle anarque commerciale. Je partage cette expérience sur les réseaux sociaux avec 23000 followers, je ne suis pas le seul. Nous ferons remonter cela bientôt."

When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Points négatifs : "I don't like the carry on options. I would like to be able to take a normal carry on and also a computer bag. The size of the second bag is much smaller than a computer bag. If you updated this for the express boarding people I feel you would get many more who would pay the extra money to have that option. Making another option costing more money to take a computer bag would be a poor idea as some of your actions are already seem as money grabbing. Thanks Julian"

The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Points négatifs : "i booked my ticket from 5 december 2017 to 10 january 2018 by mistake. it was suppose to be from 5 dec 17 to 10 dec 17. i called the customer service to change it . she said that there will be a fee applied and i was okay with it . but she give me the return ticket on 7th dec 2017 instead of 10.. i called them back to rectify the error.. they couldnt help me and i didnt accept the proposal in my email. i went to tenerif and had to booked another seperate ticket on 10 dec from there to get back. !!"
