Points négatifs : Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Points négatifs : Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Points négatifs : The seat could have been thicker and softer for greater comfort--instead, it was thin and flimsy. There should also be greater space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Points négatifs : Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Points négatifs : Au moment de l'embarquement on ne m'a pas laissé passer avec mon chien d'utilité, qui avait pourtant tous les documents demandés sur le site internet EasyJet, sous prétexte que je ne pouvais pas justifier que c'était mon chien. On m'a aussi dit que mon vol serait retardé le temps de régler ce problème alors qu'il a décollé à l'heure, sans que je puisse le prendre. Au moment où j'ai voulu partir de la zone de Check in, le personnel n'a pas voulu me rendre les documents d'identité de mon Chien d'assistance. C'est un problème inadmissible.

Points négatifs : I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Points positifs : There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Points négatifs : Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Points positifs : I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Points négatifs : This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Points négatifs : There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Points négatifs : Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Points négatifs : the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar
