Too much turbulences and speed of flying

I don’t understand why if masks are still mandatory inside the plane, only half of the people were wearing it. And the crew did not say anything to the people not wearing the mask

The next day at the airport, the agent at the Aer Lingus counter in Dublin was fantastic and solved the problem immediately, but the web check-in added unnecessary stress."

C'est un vrai problème le système d'enregistrement qui frôle l'escroquerie. Il n'y a aucune indication du coût très cher d'un enregistrement au guichet qui n'a pas lieu d'être. En plus de problème technique sur le site pour s'enregistrer en ligne. J'ai un vrai goût amère de cette compagnie. C'est pas le prix le problème, mais sentiment de vol. Mettez directement le prix juste quand on achète le billet.

Nous n'avons pas pris ce vol puisque le vol suivant en escale a été annulé !

retard de 2H40 à l'embarquement, aucune boisson ou repas compensatoire

Le fet d’avoir le pass prioritaire et d’éviter la queue c’etait super,dommage que le vol avait du retard

Ce qui m'a plus. Le professionnalisme du personnel, le sourire au rendez-vous. Pourquoi ne pas proposer (ou vendre un magazine) à bord ?

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

After going through security scanners again even though we had just gone through other scanners a few minutes ago getting off our last flight into the airport, we went downstairs. They had us wait in a room with no chairs a long time before moving us to an unbearably hot bus for a really long time to wait, the bus only had a few seats for old people, the rest of us stood sweating without moving for at least 25 minutes. At the plane's stairs for boarding they wanted to take large carryon luggage to put below, but this wasn't well understood by most passengers and many people got upset and the staff didn't handle it well so it took a long time waiting to board at the stairs. Once on board it was a problem with people not finding enough space to stow their carryons! I went to the toilet before takeoff, and the toilet was so dirty! Disgusting! They clearly hadn't cleaned it at all. Wet floor, smelly, no toilet paper, debris in the sink, etc... The staff was unprofessional in conflict with 2 passengers arguing over a seat which was only a problem because one flight attendant had promised the 2 passengers to be able to move to that 1 open seat. After being almost 2 hours late for takeoff and going through the chaotic boarding process I can understand why people were short on patience. The food was ok. No in flight entertainment at all on a 4+ hour flight, not even a magazine in the seat pocket. Not a good experience overall."

We were seated in what must be the plane's worst seats: right in front of the stinky bathroom. I don't know why the toilet had not been well cleaned, but in general the airplane was not very clean. I didn't like the food on this flight, on other air Algerie flights food has been better. The flight attendant also ran out of tea before getting to my row, but never came back with more so I wasn't offered tea. I think this was not worth saving a bit of money over a better airline."

Even though I was just in transit the Algerian immigration police have me a hard time.
