She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience."

I mentioned it to the staff and he said I had to order it through the tablet but then I mentioned it was broken. Still he didn't have the sense to followup to see how he could rectify it. They gave us a cup at a time and didn't ask if we wanted larger portions."

For a long flight this is absurd! Also they were even out of tea if you wanted to purchase it. When I told the crew there was no more toilet tissue in the bathrooms halfway through the flight, they did nothing. I took a round trip, first flight, barely room for my legs, the second flight, in the bigger plane, was fine."

Also, the prices for food were outrageous. Our flight TO EUROPE was delayed for well over an hour due to an equipment problem. You can do better!"
Points positifs : "The price of the flight could not be beat but you have to pay extra for EVERYTHING else, except videos. Entertainment selection was OK. They want to charge you for headphones so I brought my own. They play a snack bar promo on the screen before every show, so I just unplug through it. The video and audio quality is pretty good."
Points négatifs : "You do not even get one checked bag free, it will cost you plenty. They changed our flight's boarding gate but took far too long before letting anybody know. The sign at the gate said departure would be on time but it was actually very late, and they never updated the departure time, they kept us standing in a crowd, shoulder to shoulder like cattle. There was a huge line waiting for hours in the overheated departure gate, everybody soaked in sweat. Only enough chairs for a couple dozen people, old folks fading. On board they ignore you completely, as though you were invisible, unless you have pre-ordered a meal. Press the button for an attendant, none will come. No drinking water available unless you go to the back and ask for it. If you ask a flight attendant for water she will tell you to wait for the cart, then ask again, but to the cart pushers you are invisible unless you have one of their meal boxes on your tray table. Extremely uncomfortable, very narrow seats. You have to pay extra for a pillow or a blanket. This is an airline for masochists who are happy to choose misery in order to save a few bucks. Now I know."

Mes parents ont eu recours à l'assistance fauteuil, Mal pris en charge A Lisbonne ils sont restés plus de trente minutes dans l'avion puis récupérer et fait la moitié de l'aéroport à pied 🤬😡83 ans et 85 ans

Très mauvaise communication, retard 45 min , vol que nous avons du prendre suite à l’annulation de notre vol retour d’hier dimanche 22/5. Aucune explication donnée aux passagers, aucun personnel de la compagnie aérienne pour nous expliquer comment faire à l’aéroport de gatwitck.

Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

I looked ahead on their site and paid a little extra for XL seats, with those you get speedy boarding and can bring a purse or backpack on top of your one rolly-bag carry on - they make it VERY clear on their site that you are only allowed 1 carry on within very specific size measurements. The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag."
