I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

Points négatifs : "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Arrivé a l'heure pour l'enregistrement, il y a eu une alerte au colis suspect, la zone est donc évacuée. Une fois le problème levé, l'enregistrement n'est plus possible car Transavia a envoyé le vol laissant tout les passagers restant sur le carreau. La solution proposé par Transavia, "racheté un billet"! Merci Transavia! pour moi c'est fini, une compagnie qui réduit les couts je peux comprendre, une compagnie qui n'aide pas ses clients est une honte, surtout en rejetant la faute sur vous. Le service client est uniquement la pour s'excuser, c'est bien les excuses, ca coute pas chère, mais les solutions elles vous pouvez toujours courir. Une honte."

Even budget companies such as Easy Jet and Ryan Air provide better service. Not recommended at all people."

Then when we finally left I was not informed of the 25 hour layover in Morocco and I did not have anything with me for an overnight trip. The airlines did not consider this and refused to allow me to get my luggage. By the time I got to my hotel after being given the run around for 2 hours, all of the stores were closed for me to purchase toiletries and the room had no towels. The meal the hotel offered was not edible and I had to purchase food on my own. I was originally suppose to land in NYC Saturday at 6:30pm, but if all goes as planned I will arrive in NYC Monday morning at 1:30am. The staff with this airline was not helpful, very rude, and one of the staff told me it was my problem that I could not get to the hotel they assigned to me."

Points négatifs : "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Points négatifs : "Boarding in Casa Blanca was incredibly disorganized and lengthy, with no communication from airline staff to help alleviate the chaos. We left one hour late. When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible."
