Points négatifs : "The airline lost my suitcase and deliver it only 72 hours later... They refused to give me proper compensation for items that were broken..."

Points positifs : "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

Luckily TAP Portugal was extremely helpful and we did make our Delta flight with lots of extra help from them."

Points négatifs : "A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!"
