This went on for 7 hours and they never made Amy announcements to inform anyone of when the flights would finally board."

The service is excellent, the meals are good, and I absolutely love that you get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and even free headphones should you forget yours. Top service! Good meal portions! I also like that you have 3-4 different meal or snack options each service. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Also, the flight attendants are very polite and courteous. You never feel like they just don't care. They even help with families traveling with small children. A+ guys!"

Points positifs : "This was a relatively short late night flight into Incheon from Manila; cabin crew was attentive. About an hour from Korea, about 3 a.m. we were awakened by the brightening cabin lights and served a full dinner. It was a nice gesture; my connecting flight was more than 18 hours later and the dinner helped with both time change syndrome and with hunger pangs. KAL was also very helpful with my change of schedule; I was returning to the US for medical needs including unexpected surgery recommended by my Asian physician, on a schedule to meet needs of my US physician, KAL is definitely a first class outfit, and has proved it with every flight I've taken."

The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."
