I was not allowed my hand luggage on in the cabin on the trip down or return as was told the cabin was full. That is would go in the hold but it would be first off. So many people came on after me with much larger hand luggage! Also my bag was last into baggage reclaim both times

The flight was not stocked with sufficient food and had run out of sandwiches by row 3. Considering food is purchased for an additional fee this is surely makes poor business sense aside from being frustrating for passengers on a 3 hour flight plus a delay. Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand.

One of the lady mrs B at the gate didnt communicate properly with her colleague mrs C standing next to her (who told my husband to wait on the side before validating his boarding until i could get a seat) and 'gave' my husband seat away to another waiting passenger (even though it was written on my ticket I was the first on the waiting list) even though we were trying to anticipate the situation but she only replied 'one minute please' without listening and resulting in giving away my husband ticket afterall! lack of professionalism, internal commnication between personel and overall obvious messy organization with disrespect to passengers. without saying that the whole waiting time, i had to sit on the ground and had nowhere to seat properly while 7 months pregnant. Will never fly easyjet ever again.
