Seats are always a pain in the butt Wifi has never worked for me -slow and keeps dropping
Roomier seats overall, the headrest screens and USB ports are great!
We paid extra for seats with more leg room and got the same as everyone else. Why the charge? Our departure was delayed. The plane had some sort of fragrance regularly coming thru the ventilation that irritated my sinuses and made me ill. The water for the only service on the flight (for coach anyway) was warm and tasted odd. Cabin temperature was too warm (multiple logical arguments can be made for cooler temps over warmer)
The flight was on time. The plane was clean. The temperature in the plan was good.
It was a little more turbulent than I expected.
Three hour delay, endless gate changes and basically no information shared as to what was causing all the problems. Don't think I'll use Air Canada again if they can be avoided.
The only problem was that I could not check in till morning 4 hours before my flight. Everything else was great
The crew were very considerate. Also they have the best baby beds we have seen so far
The entertainment system was glitchy.
Crew and food was good
Crew rearranged people before takeoff to allow elbow room. Excellent food, salad and vegetable with meat option to help with hydration, wonderful noodle.
Slightly too cool but I had an extra blanket and that is preferable to hot.
Everything exceeded expectations. Lots of food, space, drinks, and excellent flight crew. Excellent video selection.
Online check in, easy to board. Flight was on time.
I wish there was a vegan option for the food/snack onboard.
The captain was very apologetic and the crew were friendly.
The flight was delayed by an hour, meaning we arrived at almost midnight and for me and a few other people their electronic boarding passes did not work properly I was refused at the departures gate and told to go to the British airways counter to get a paper boarding pass printed out. I also saw some other people with British airways electronic boarding passes having similar problems.
Absolutely no leg room despite paying additional fee
Boarding process was very orderly. The 2-4-2 seating arrangement is quite nice for economy as it is a bit more spacious & comfortable. Sat in window seat with a huge compartment storage next to me by window - great for easy access to electronics, etc.. Great movie selection. Short and efficient flight and my fears about basic economy ticket were dissipated as I was able to check a bag and get better seat assignment at airport.
Slow service, not served dinner until almost 10pm. Lights were never turned down so difficult to sleep altho I had eye mask and noise cancelling headphones. Seats are not super comfortable but if you bring neck pillow and blanket it’s better.
The absurd delay and the fact that last row seats can’t be reclined and have no windows. Not a nice experience.
No TV or entertainment. Very little leg room... !!
