Points négatifs : ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Points positifs : "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."

In Hong kong, I was told the designated smoking area in the terminal was close and the steward encouraged me to go...I almost missed the flight even though I didn't even make it to where she directed me. It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

For example, food alone, I can give 9 (in the scale of 10 with 10 being perfect) to Aeroflot, while I honestly think United deserves 1. In terms of service, Aeroflot is also very good."

The entire back poetion of the plane was empty so ppl were lying across seats etc. I was seated next to an older lady so i didnt want to keep asking her to move... so i decided to stay near the bathrooms . I sat in an empty seat the flight attendant saw me and said you have to pay for that seat ypu cant sit here" i tried to explain to her but she walked off so i got up ... and was standing around until another flight attendant asked me if i was ok so i asked her whete could i sit near the toilets and she told me where i was standing was ok to sit. Now my issue is not about the seat i understand if its a specail seat but atleaat offer an altetnative"

Exactly one alcoholic beverage service all flight, and no choice but to go and ask in the galley for anything else - including water. Thin seats that slide forward in addition to reclining. The literal worst boarding and replacing procedures - almost an hour of standing and waiting first in the terminal, then in the aisles. Better hope you speak Russian if you need anything."

Класс самолета Боинг 777 нравится. В целом очень хорошее впечатление от полета, гораздо лучше, чем от полета на Дельта и Юнайтед в США."
