Points négatifs : Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Points positifs : Nous avons été obligé de donner notre bagage dans le souk chose que nous n'avons pas souhaités vue notre itineraire, conséquence nous avons raté notre train, une perte de temps d'une heure :-(

Points négatifs : Si nous avons décidé de prendre notre bagage dans le cabine et avons reçu autorisation de votre part, c'est au team de s'assurer que chaque voyageur peut prendre son bagage dans la cabine comme il a souhaité au moment d'achat de billet.

Points négatifs : Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Points négatifs : Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Points négatifs : There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy.

Points négatifs : They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Points négatifs : It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Points négatifs : Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Points négatifs : Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Points négatifs : They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Points négatifs : Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Points positifs : Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Points négatifs : 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Points négatifs : I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Points négatifs : The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.

Points positifs : The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Points négatifs : Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Points négatifs : Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Points négatifs : the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Points positifs : Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Points négatifs : Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.
