Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation."

This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"

Points négatifs : "The flight was listed as delayed with about an hour before it was due to arrive. It landed 3 hours and 45 minutes late. Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

Points négatifs : "*the plane was late showing up. *staff in France locked the doors while we were waiting for the late plane, cutting off the only source of fresh air in the terminal *the slam down landing was unpleasant *the crew did not distribute immigration cards causing delay at the terminal as I had to fill it in there while the line grew longer *once we landed, there was no place for the plane to park so we waited *once we docked, there were no stairs available for the plane, so we waited *once in the terminal, they announced delays for the baggage, so we waited."

Points négatifs : "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."

In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."
