Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

L'avion été vieux. l'écran tactile ne fonctionnait pas correctement, le siège était cassé et la connexion des écouteurs était défaillante. L'espacement des jambes en classe économique était correct et l'attention de l'équipage était vraiment bonne. vol correct.

Aucune empathie du personnel d embarquement. J ai manque ma correspondance ferroviaire a la destination finale ma valise ayant ete mise en soute de force (sans raison car il y avait largement la place). Ma valise (fragile) est toute rayee... merci air france. C est la derniere fois que je prends cette compagnie

The crew were so kind and friendly! When chatting with the crew they asked if we were celebrating in Paris? I said we were celebrating my birthday in Paris with my husband and friends! They kindly gave us both our coffee and snacks for free! This was so kind and has never happened us before! This made the experience so personal and enjoyable! Everything else was also perfect!

From using an app that denied my negative covid test THREE times because they misread it and tried to mislead me about it ("Maybe the date isn't specified?" when it very much was and I'd drawn attention to its correct location); to the fact that my connecting flight wasn't even available in this app was supposed to determined whether I could fly to my final destination; ti the fact that a supposedly vital piece of documentation wasn't even mentioned in that app; to the unnecessary delaying of a connecting flight by several hours that was suddenly on time again upon landing minutes only late, which somehow required all passengers with ANY connecting flight to run to their gate regardless of destination; to the fact that the boarding passes didn't include my initial return flight and only the connecting, which was cause to be denied entry to the airport, to the apparenly unknown and much disputed location of the check-in where I would have to report to get said boarding pass; to the ONE HOUR WAIT behind maybe 20 people total in spite of having no bags to check because again, I had no boarding pass; to the app incorrectly stating that no additional covid test was needed only to find out after having been at the airport THREE HOURS; to the fact that my itinerary"couldn't" be changed because it was "in flight" while the "fare difference" I would be charged went up $100 every hour I was forced to wait because there were magically no notes regardingmy flight every time I called back as directed; this was a miserable experience all around. Never recommending aer lingus to anyone ever and certainly won't fly it again. Guess I won't ever find my long lost relatives...

Staring with being asked to pay $39 if I wanted to preselect my seat. My friend and I chose the free option of selecting our seats 24 hours before the flight--her luggage didnt even make in on the plane! It was finally delivered at 2:00 AM the next morning; well past the 8:00 PM promised delivery, which caused us to lose an entire eveing in Paris. On the return flight, home, she was told there wasn't even a seat for her on the plane. I failed to add that after booking and paying for her flight, they cancelled and deleted the SFO to London leg of the flight without so much as notifying her via email, phone, or text. Mind you, the London to Paris leg was not cancelled. Had we not tried to pre-book our seats, she would never have known they had cancelled her flight. What impacted her, impacted me, so needless to say, neither of us will ever fly BA again! BTW, their online customer service representatives were very nasty to deal with."

In Dublin we were diverted from JFK to Hartford due to "mechanical problems" and told we'd be met at the gate and provided ground transportation to JFK. Approximately 30 others going to either JFK or Boston were told the same thing and joined us on a half empty flight to Hartford. When we landed there was no representative at the gate, no ground transportation provided, and no effort to help us. A little investigation on cell phones revealed both the Boston and JFK flights left on time (and I'm guessing full). Needless to say the customers were quite upset. Some even raised their voices which caused the kid representatives of Aer Lingus to call the state troopers (really). When the troopers did nothing the Aer Lingus reps locked themselves in their office rather than deal with their customers. After 2 hours of waiting for the promised ground transportation we gave up, rented a car, and drove ourselves to our destination at our own expense. We were never provided even a free drink. Horrible. Lies upon lies upon lies. I'll never consider flying with them again"

Transavia sent an email Where they explained they had to hire a mini plane with crew to serve us , the crew was rude , and un prepared , they splashed sparkling water all over me and two roads , no apology or nothing just 2 napkins , I paid to bring a horas my hand luggage that was refused and put it with the check inn luggage I snapped several videos of the poor and uncomfortable situations we lived and will post it later on my social media to warn people about it , and will contact the customer services at the airline so they know about it

L’enregistrement a débuté très tard, quand j’ai demandé à quelle porte s’effectuerait l’embarquement, l’hôtesse m’a dit qu’elle ne savait pas parce qu’il était encore trop tôt. Quelle cruche ! Ne connaissant pas le nouvel aéroport de Berlin Brandebourg je suis allé prendre un café, quand je suis revenu au contrôle il y avait un monde incroyable et j’ai failli rater mon vol tant le nouvel aéroport est grand. Je retiens cette hôtesse pour son caractère discourtois. De toute manière, je ne voyagerai plus avec Transavia. La compagnie m’a demandé de regeler 15 € de plus pour mon bagage soute à l’aller, alors qu’il aurait dû y avoir une tolérance, et le partenaire de Transavia : EasyJet m’a demandé aujourd’hui de payer 60 € pour mon bagage en soute, alors que j’avais payé une option pour ce bagage sur Kayak. C’est une honte de voler les voyageurs ainsi. De plus je déteste voyager dans une cabine aux sièges verts, je n’y peut rien, ça me stresse. L’application Kayak sur smartphone est également une catastrophe : pas de synchronisation avec les applications des compagnies aériennes. Mais surtout, elle renvoie sur l’appli Kiwi n’a jamais fonctionné au cours de mon voyage. C’est inacceptable ! Je suis très énervé après tous ces vols approximatifs et ces services qui coûtent vraiment chers alors qu’ils sont inexistants.

Une fois le problème levé, l'enregistrement n'est plus possible car Transavia a envoyé le vol laissant tout les passagers restant sur le carreau. La solution proposé par Transavia, "racheté un billet"! Merci Transavia! pour moi c'est fini, une compagnie qui réduit les couts je peux comprendre, une compagnie qui n'aide pas ses clients est une honte, surtout en rejetant la faute sur vous. Le service client est uniquement la pour s'excuser, c'est bien les excuses, ca coute pas chère, mais les solutions elles vous pouvez toujours courir. Une honte."

Pas grand chose !!

Ils nous est demandé de venir 3h avant le décollage, mais Vueling n’a ouvert le guichet d’enregistrement des bagages que 2h15 avant le décollage, et avec seulement 2 personnes pour enregistrer les passagers de 2 avions ! Résultat, nous n’avons pas eu le temps de déjeuner : tout juste de le temps de passer les contrôles, et l’embarquement débutait.

I missed my flight on Wednesday at 6 and was told I just lost my money and that I would have to purchase new tickets without getting a credit. So, I spent another $800 for the next day to fly out at 6am and when we got there, they split my family up due to overbooking. They did not offer any help with food or anything. When asked if I wanted to just get my money back, I said yes and then was told that it was not an option and would have to wait 10 hours to fly out on next flight. Over all this was the worst flight experience ever.

Boarding was perfect, but Ensure a wide variety of food onboard, items we requested from the menu was not available. 😢 also ask passengers to remain seated while disembarking - it is so much more organised to disembark by rows etc rather than leaving passengers standing in the aisles

The whole checkin process was a diseaster! We were flying with Vueling! We had checked in on the app but still had to checkin at the desks with our 10kg hand luggage! The queue for this was 2.5 hours long, with no social distancing in the pandemic (Covid19). When we finally got to the top of the queue, our flight was closing also another queue was opened up! But if we left the queue we were in we would have ended up at the back of a different queue! This seemed pointless to be honest! What could have been done is a bag drop section of the checkin process (Like Ryanair has) it’s much more streamlined and quicker! After all this drama, we only had 15mins to make it through security snd passport control to make the flight on time! It was very stressful and very hot! I was so thirsty that I needed to buy a bottle of water at the boarding gate (to my surprise this small bottle of water was €5- a total rip off! After boarding (which was ok) we were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee on the flight as we usually do! It took the crew nearly 1.5 hours into the flight to get to our seats to serve us! The coffee was dreadful (a hotel type sachet of instant coffee costing €2.60) and a heart burn inducing Turkey, ham and cheese toastie (costing €5.50)! The horrified by the quality! Ryanair is definitely better on food quality, check-in and boarding experience and service, that’s saying something! The flight itself was grand (although lacking interaction from the pilot- which is always nice) it was a smooth flight! When it came to landing it was good but our baggage took nearly 45mins to come out onto the carousel in the terminal! And other delay! Overall I would be giving Vueling perhaps a 2 out of 5 overall! Not impressed!

Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"
