Points négatifs : "This is about as budget as you can get. Entertainment systems didn’t work, drinks were warm. Food was mediocre. Bathroom doors didn’t work, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up while using it! Yuck! Had to shuttle EVERYWHERE between flights, before and after. Crew was not attentive, and not so friendly either. Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

Finally at 11:30pm they put out some water and said sandwiches but I did not see any. LOT Polish service was VERY disappointing. I cancelled my flight all together on them."

The crew in the airport in Warsaw were very slow and unprofessional When I got back to chicago they had a delay 30 min as well. I had a very bad experience overall with Lot company I will never fly again with them"

Points positifs : "Overall everything was good - I have travelled frequently with LOT in the past few months and this was perhaps the best experience so far. Boarding was easy enough - the flight was not fully booked so there wasn't the usual Central European pushing and anxiety during boarding. Flight crew are informative, cabin crew attentive and kind. Service and food were good."
Points négatifs : "Comfort on these long haul flights is not expected in economy - the seat next to me was free which came in very useful as the person in front of me reclined almost immediately and kept throwing himself about in his seat in vain attempts to get comfortable - I was able to move over so I wasn't disturbed by his person. Why they have reclining seats is a mystery - it doesn't make it appreciably more comfortable for the person reclining and it reduces leg room for the person behind, makes it more difficult to watch the screen (despite the tilting feature) and means that the tray table is resting on your knees during meal times."

Points négatifs : "I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Kiev and all my flights were cancelled. I had to spend 5 hours on the phone to fight for my refund. On the way going our plane got cancelled at the airport..It was impossible to rebook...they care nothing about their passengers."

Other passengers received food and water as a small compensation and we received nothing, even though our same flight was cancelled. They had to rebook us twice due to their mistake and no one even apologized. Barely made any effort into helping us from their own mistake."

The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Points négatifs : "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"

Points négatifs : "What I was transferred to was Lufthansa and their flight was late at arriving and taking off. This transfer changed my destination to Frankfurt. I was stuck in Frankfurt with no compensation. Only a changed flight for the next day and a dinky hotel room. Lufthansa was very disorganized and wildly incompetent."

LOT was clearly understaffed to check in passengers on a small Boeing 737 plane used for the flight. Line moved incredibly slowly, many of us were afraid that we were going to miss the flight.m, with no updates from LOT ground personnel. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. Next time I'll just fly Easyjet or Ryan Air. At least. I'll know whatï to expect evo, s"
