I my second meal looked like fish and turned out to be pork (I think?). They also only came around with the beverage cart once in the 8 hour flight (just before our first meal); I had to ring my call button to get water. The plane was pretty dated as well. I've seen worse but the screens were dated and all of the movies were fairly depressing. First, I'd suggest a couple more comedy's or rom-coms. Even a couple extra family friendly cartoons would be preferable to all the war/drama/dark options. Second, I'd suggest having the movies on demand rather than play one after another where passengers have to scroll through channels and keep catching movies part way through. A simple solution would be to have WiFi and streaming on flights which was also not available. This should be expected with international flight and would allow for on demand movies and music rather than the dated system currently in place."

Were not once offered water or refreshments during the 3-hour delay, and were only given two brief updates. During the 8 hour flight, refreshments were offered only twice. The food was ok - not terrible, not great. By the time they got to us (row 27), they didn’t have both meal options available. We took what we could get. And, all this after paying $1500 per person for our economy seats. I can fly LAX to Bali for 1/3 the price."

I had said that I would not make that long trip without a first class ticket and followed through with this our recent trip. Although the ticket was quite expensive, it was worth every penny. Air Tahiti Nui really understands what "First Class" should be like -they pamper you! They deliver course after course of amazingly good quality food and more drinks than you can possibly consume. All of the flight attendants were sincerely interested in making sure we were all happy...a wonderful experience! darn worth the investment! highly recommended! And remember, this is just the lead-up to arriving in Tahiti; things will only get better when you disembark."

Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"

I asked for wheelchair and help claiming my luggage due to health problem but when I asked at the airplan gate if some body will help me the answer was wait over there with a rude way and ended by walking to the passport area and claiming my bags by my self, my bags was not there and I was going back and forth to follow directions been given to find my luggage. I was very exhausted and tired and asked people around me for help."

Unlikely there was very rude answer by telling me if you need help you can hire somebody to help you at claiming bags area. This answer was not expected at all and I was very disoppointed as I made a request to have a wheelchair from London. This request was ignored in London. I was very tired and placed my self to a risk of injury because I hade recent surgery to my right shoulder. As a British air way and this was my first experience I will think carefully next time to use this service again. One of my luggage was damaged and this bag was new and this was my first time to use it they told me at customer service this just a scratch and there is no liability for this kind of damage. hopefully some body can investigate this and do something"

Flight arrived in Chicago a little early, I have to wait 15 min for my bags from the valet, I run to the next gate and arrive with 13 min to spare, the gate agent (not nice) goes I’m sorry we already closed the door. I’m like, huh? Then he has the gall to tell me, “well had someone called us we could of held your seat”. That’s when I lost it. Needless to say I’m now flying to Dayton and back to Dallas. That’s in lieu of a 3:50 PM flight TOMORROW!"

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."

Personnel tres peu comprehensif une femme a même rit de moi lorsque j'ai dit que mon père avait eu un accident. Cependant le vol etait etait avec air canada et non united"
