Points négatifs : The people working on the land side lack of a complete sense of service. They are rude, unrespectful and with no professionalism. It is a shame that the last impression you get from Israel is the aggressiveness.

Points négatifs : Crew wouldn't let me board because a ticket from Spain to France was not sufficient evidence I would leave Europe. So I bought one from Italy to Singapore and they didn't accept that either. I lost over 1,000 dollars.

Points positifs : From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again.

Points négatifs : If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue.

The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again.

Points positifs : They had a great selection of movies, each passenger received a blanket and pillow without having to ask, the crew was friendly and professional, and the takeoff and landing were smooth.

Points négatifs : During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!

Points positifs : A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily.

Points négatifs : The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)

Points positifs : Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline.

Points négatifs : I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast.

The rate for checking in baggage is more expensive than other airlines. Food was terrible: both for dinner and breakfast had plane awful sandwiches . Not traveling iberia again
