The XL seats were worth it for the leg room and extra small bag."

EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."

We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Points négatifs : "Never announced for non-priority boarding, so many people were late to flight, causing delays. Much less than minimum leg room required for any normal human. Sat bolt upright with front seat digging into knees for 3 hours. Far from the cheapest ticket, but totally no frills, no food, no entertainment, limited baggage. Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."

Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Points négatifs : "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Points négatifs : "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"

At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Points négatifs : "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Pas de possibilité de télécharger les cartes d'embarquement, donc s'impose de payer un surplus de 20£ pour pouvoir embarquer, sans conter que plus de la moitié des passagers étaient dans la même situation, on à dû courir de la zone d'enregistrement jusqu'au service aux clients aller-retour avec toutes les bagages et bien évidemment en faisant des prières pour ne pas rater l'avion. Ensuite, une fois terminé la séance cardio à l'aéroport et passé tous les filtres de contrôle, on est dirigé vers l'aéronef et voilà un autre surprise ; on doit attendre au près de l'avion sur le tarmac... Normalement ça ne devrait pas être grand chose, sauf qu'il y est six heures de matin à London et il fait 5 degrés Celsius à l'extérieur... Oui, ça caille un peu. Aéronef avec un design de base adaptée à la quantité et non à la qualité, fauteuils rigides sans aucun option économique, pas de divertissement abord, même pas un écran et ont ne parle même pas d'amuse gueule sans avoir à recourir à la carte bleu... C'est ma deuxième fois avec Ryanair et cette fois ci ils sont fait des efforts pour se dépasser dans la cônerie... :("

Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

Also there was a long delay in Ciampino at the baggage belts considering the airport was empty - i know this is more a problem with the Airport but ryanair would surely have enough pull to get this sorted."

I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"

Points négatifs : "The lights stayed on the whole flight, seats were cramped, seats didn’t recline back, had to wait outside in the cold while everyone was lined up. Boarded the plane from both the front at the back. How does that even make sense if someone sits at the front and they’re boarded from the back?"

Points négatifs : "2 bagages en cabines mis en soute. Une des deux valises complètement cassée et ne pouvant plus fonctionner. Tous cela sans le savoir car le personnel ne fait même pas l'effort de vous expliquer. Sans compter les 2h30 de retard mais pas remboursable car cela ne dépasse pas les 3h. Un scandale cette compagnie qui ne devrait même plus exercer sa fonction."

De plus, Kayak s est debrouillé pour que je fasse 4 ecales, d autant plus interessants car ceci rapporte d autant aux compagnies associées! Une honte!"

They got the planes at the wrong gates so our flights were delayed for and hour, a passenger being sick very close to us was not moved away into a quieter area of the plane. Our luggage was damaged when we picked it up."

Points négatifs : "The flight was delayed, without any warning we were in line to board for over an hour before we were informed of the delay. Then after finally boarding, a passenger got into a verbal altercation with one of the crew members which was very unprofessional. During the flight there was terrible turbulence which cannot always be controlled however passengers were standing in the aisles and not instructed to return to their seats. Lastly the landing was the worst I have ever experienced and I travel fairly frequently. Overall nothing went well and I think you need to reevaluate your standards of professionalism."
