Points négatifs : First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
Points positifs : The crew was very friendly. Family line was nice when travelled with the little ones.
Points négatifs : I It will be helpful if the Gate information available within 6 hours of the flight. We don't have gate information and our flight within 3.5 hours. But overall wonderful experience.
Points négatifs : Leg room was really bad in economy and the only upgrade option was to business for $10,000 so of course not affordable for the average person.
Points négatifs : Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.

Points négatifs : Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable.
Points positifs : Comfortable cabin and seats, plenty of restrooms.
Points négatifs : As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight.

Points négatifs : Entertainment needs to improve. there is poor movie selection and the screens are outdated. Touchscreens don’t work very well, movie selection is old. This is a 10+ hour flight please improve entertainment.

Points négatifs : I came 18 min befor depretur insted of 20 min & airflot didnt let me go on the plain becus of 2 stuped min " this is airflot polocy " thy told me "you have to be 20 min & mor befor deprtur " Shem on you airflot !!!!!!! I hade to spend mor 130£ &50 £ for hotel & wheit to next flight in morning
Points positifs : Fast flight and smooth, little turbulence.
Points négatifs : 2hr delay at JFK resulted in missing my connecting flight to Dubai. The drink and meal service was awful. I tried calling for an attendant using the help button and they didn’t respond at all.
Points négatifs : My skis did not arrive in the luggage. Airline company or airport needs to have a better sustem tracking luggage and making sure no items are lost.
Points négatifs : I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem.
Points positifs : TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it.
Points négatifs : I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only).
Points positifs : I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me.

Points négatifs : Delayed. Crew seemed pretty annoyed to have people aboard. Will avoid next time.
Points positifs : After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.
Points négatifs : 1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

Points négatifs : The flight was long and inexpect s to be fed. They didn’t provide free food and beverages.
Points positifs : Helpful crew. They reset the screen, came around with blankets, headphones and generally tried to make the space habitable.
Points négatifs : When I am asked to book my seat, I am usually shown a map which has no reflection on the overall reality. The seat I select is normally allocated to me but if the plane is not full (unusual) I am told there are unavailable seats that would provide more choice.
Points négatifs : I had a small window for my transfer and Delta gate agents, knowing I was on the way to the gate, closed the gate early now I'm stuck in Detroit for the night at low end economy hotel.

Points positifs : Boarding was very smooth and the crew were helpful, efficient, and polite. There was a good assortment of entertainment.
Points négatifs : I ordered the beef tenderloin, medium. It came out extremely rare and I had already eaten some by the time I realized; the entire plate was filled with blood. I ended up sick to my stomach for the remainder of the flight. Average height to tall individuals do not fit well laying down in the seats.
Points négatifs : Crew could have proactively provided more water. I was really thirsty mid-flight and had to stand up and ask for water myself.
Points positifs : Flight staff friendly and everything went smoothly.

Points négatifs : The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.
Points négatifs : The bags took over 45 minutes to be delivered
Points positifs : The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.
Points négatifs : no TV or other entertainment options so make sure to bring your own device or a book.
Points positifs : Good schedules, good prices.
Points négatifs : They think that a five-hour flight is "intra-European" so they assign tiny little planes with bad seats and cramped rows. Unacceptable.
