Points négatifs : The food can always be better!
Points positifs : Good boarding process and crew today.
Points négatifs : Plane was delayed and connection in Copenhagen was missed, resulting in a five-hour delay overall.
Points positifs : Crew pleasant, operations efficient.
Points négatifs : Main course - chicken and potatoes with tomato sauce- was not very interesting, or very Scandinavian.
Points négatifs : The plan was old and dirty, old magazines and gum wrappers in my seat, stained carpet.The ride was quite bumpy.
Points négatifs : Service could be better. Bathrooms need to be clean periodically. Your cut back of restrooms - sucks. I guess the offer of free drinks and a small snack is all United can offer for the price we pay.
Points négatifs : It would be great if airlines would identify where infants are sitting when it comes to upgrading seats. I spent $350 so my husband and I could be kicked and pushed non-stop by a screaming and crying infant. If we had known, we would’ve saved our money and just sat in economy.
Points positifs : Flight left on departure and on board air cooling system was much welcome. Cabin crew were polite.
Points négatifs : Cabin was untidy, goodness knows what was stowed away at the back of seats towards the rear of the cabin, so rear of cabin was unwelcoming. Cabin crew should keep some overhead lockers for their own use. Poor sound quality on Inflight entertainment, either that or Headphones were poor. Food portions were painfully small (lunch of chicken risotto) AND I found pretzel flavoured breakfast bap unpopular.

Points négatifs : Offer more food and beverages due to long delay and sitting in the plane for over an hour before take off.

Points négatifs : Not worth the additional cost over low-cost carriers
Points négatifs : The flight is operated by Air France and I would have preferred Delta. It was extremely cramped but the food was excellent and it was on time

Points positifs : I fly a lot, and I am very impressed with the level of consistency that Delta has offered the last couple of months. This flight didn’t disappoint. The crew was particularly friendly

Points négatifs : On the Copenhagen-Milan leg, since I was in the cheap seats, even water cost; $3 for a bottle of water. They couldn't even offer a cup of water for free? False economy. And I was told that I had to pay for my luggage at the airport, then it was $120 for 1 bag. Ridiculous!
Points négatifs : The pilot strike resulted in cancellation of my flights so getting home turned in to a challenge
Points négatifs : Boarding and boarding pass was horrible. 30 min before boarding, there was no one at the SAS area.
Points positifs : Professional and courteous crew
Points négatifs : Nothing, was a pleasant flight
Points positifs : Jet was a CRJ900 and was very comfortable. Had to check baggage before entering plane but worked out well and helped with the boarding.
