Positives: The extra seat room in premium class was very nice and comfortable. The cabin staff were excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Negatives: On the downside, my wife and I sat apart. Also, when we tried to change our seats so that we could sit together, the faulty Virgin website kept taking me to meals rather than to seating. Finally, when we tried phoning, we were told that the waiting time to speak to someone was 3 hours!

Clean and comfortable short flight. Arrived on time.
Places réservées sur kayak avec option grande place . Non respecté. Confort abominable sur le vol retour. Vol de départ annulé cause Covid seulement quelques heures avant le départ. Incertitude pour un vol de replacement, finalement obtenu 12 heures après . Merci kayak: plus jamais chez vous.
Personnel très professionnelle et à l’écoute des besoins des passagers. Repas assez bien, surtout salade fraîche. Proposition de plats aux légumes pourrait améliorer l’expérience pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de pâtes. Globalement tout s’est très bien passé.
Un enregistrement compliqué comme à l aller. Un passager n'avait pas d attribution du e ticket par la compagnie. Pas de check in en ligne possible . Personnel un peu désorganisé

Somehow we wound up with seats right next to the bathroom door, which would have been a pretty uncomfortable situation for a variety of reasons, but the flight wasn't full, and she helped us find a suitable place to sit. Also, my wife and I usually take our tea with honey vs. milk and sugar. Even though honey is usually one of the options for tea, she found a way to accommodate our request. The lunch meals were the best I can remember in a long time on an airline flight. They might have been the best I've ever had. The chicken curry was authentic, flavorful and spicy. Frankly my outbound flight had problems. My luggage got damaged. The transfer experience in Manchester left a LOT to be desired. I wasn't planning to use Virgin Atlantic again, but this flight crew (Daniella especially) redeemed Virgin Atlantic. They were attentive, pleasant, diligent."

Shortly after take-off, our calm and comfortable more or less empty section of the aircraft was colonised by an extended family of Orthodox Jews in a kind of airborne West Bank situation. They weren’t in our section of the cabin at all to start with, and I don’t know why they were apparently able to get a free upgrade that I had to pay £100 for. We went from being in an almost empty cabin to being basically sat in the middle of an Orthodox Jewish kindergarten. It was awful! They were noisy, messy, were constantly getting in and out of their seats, the back of my seat kept getting kicked, and there was even a baby crawling around the aisle. We were surrounded. I have no idea whether this is characteristic of Orthodox Jewish family life, or just a completely inconsiderate family. They didn’t exactly ruin my flight, but they didn’t make it enjoyable either. I asked to be moved. The cabin crew were great and acknowledged the difficulty of the situation. My wife lost her window seat but at least we still had the legroom and peace and quiet."

Though the cabin crew were smiley and friendly, it was hard to get their attention when needed. The PA system is much louder than the entertainment, so announcements were ear bursting. The dinner selections ran out early, so a good proportion did not get their choice."

Entertainment systems had contrast issues and it seemed like a lot of people 8 - 10 had issues since they were using iPads instead of the built in monitors. A lot of wear showing on the entertainment systems remotes."

For some reason l was unable to obtain my boarding pass online for both flights. I almost missed my last flight because it took so long to get one at the airport. Also my arm rest wasn’t moving and the movie on an 8 hr flight wasn’t working.

What was not normal and supper aggravating was the fact that nobody met us at the gate to help us rebook our missed flights. We had to find an AA agent in the departure area and stand in line with other passengers who were checking in to their flight to Jordan. There was no customer service what so ever provided by Finnair."

These two kids were much younger (4 or 5yrs) than any others going to camp. One of the kids could not sit still. The adult behind me sometimes held her in her lap which resulted in pushing on my seatback. While in her own seat the child did not have her seat belt on. Eventually the girl began using her arm rests on either side of the aisle to swing herself. I finally mentioned this and the lack of seat belt fastening to F.A. who said "They're from Latvia. These Eastern Europeans don't think about things the way you and I do." The child was blocking the aisle at times and the F.A. did nothing."

Further, these were the SMALLEST seats I have EVER been forced to sit in. Neither I, or my friend came close to fitting. We literally had to alternate getting up and standing because we were literally overlapping each other when we sat! (His shoulder and arm were literally on top of me!!). It was so bad that when the stewardess came rolling down the aisle with her cart, I had to be aware and see her in advance so I could literally TURN MY BODY OVER TO THE LEFT HALF ON TOP OF THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE OFF MY ARM AND SHOULDER. ULTIMATELY, SOMEONE, OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON, IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT BY THIS RECKLESS, GREED-DRIVEN DESIGN!! The OVERT GREED by the airline (American) clearly reflected by this in trying to JAM as many human beings into a flight as possible like Sardines is DISGUSTING!!! You simply DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS THIS WAY!! It is also clear evidence that there needs to be tighter standards, regulations and penalties by the FAA and what is allowed by airlines. AND I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE FAA!!!"

The crew on board was ok, at best. The food was the poorest we had in both flights we took (we travelled from Barcelona to JFK, New York, and from JFK to YVR, Vancouver). We were most pleased with our flight from New York to Vancouver, with Cathay Pacific, who, by comparison, had very helpful and pleasant staff both at the JFK Airport and on board."

Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase."

Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. le personnel et les repas sont excellents... Le confort est relatif et à l'embarquement en peu d'attente du à un faible nombre de cabine de checking ouvertes... Les sièges sont un peu spartiates pour le vol, donc confort relatif, mais pour une ou deux heures c'est supportable.

This was the worst experience of our lives. We booked a flight to Paris in October 2021. We attempted to cancel our flight 2 weeks before our trip because of Omicron and the fact the US Embassy declared “Do Not Travel” to France due to COVID. Kayak said we could not cancel with them and needed to go to the airlines, British Airways, to do so. British Airways informed us we could not cancel and needed to go through our travel agent. We determined there were two additional travel agents used by Kayak that we were not aware of. This eliminated our ability to cancel our reservation and we were charged for the trip. We will be reporting Kayak to the Better Business Bureau and going through my bank to get our money back. Our data was resold at least twice without our knowledge and in violation of GDPR and other applicable data privacy laws.

He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."

Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

Il est anormal de ne rien avoir à manger / boire lorsqu on a payé 250e un vol de 1h15.
Ne concerne pas forcément Ibéria mais plutot ADP Orly : Le débarquement à pris 30 minutes faute de bus de liaisons entre l'avion et l'aéroport. Le déchargement des bagages a pris environ 1 heure (atterrissage à 18h22, récupération des bagages sur le tapis à 18h29. C'est beaucoup trop long (presque autant que le vol Madrid-Paris).
Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.
La gestion de la sortie des passagers de l’avion. Il doit bien exister un mode de fluidité du processus.

This was not an Iberia Flight, this was a LEVEL flight (even if you, Kayak, sold it to me as Iberia). The ground hostess was disgraceful, and only because of her nasty behavior towards me and my family, I am planning not to fly LEVEL ever again. I am not sure I will fly through Kayak either. Because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was buying a flight with luggge included, but I wasn’t. I had to pay 550 euros extra in luggage. Are you, Kayak, going to return this money to me? That would be elegant. And also because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was flying Iberia, but I was not, it was Level. It turns out Iberia does take cats on board, but level does not. So once I was at the airport ready to fly with my cat, I was told cats cannot fly level. Overall, a sad and aweful experience.
Checking was smooth, staff generally all friendly, boarding a bit disorganized (I heard no announcements), plane clean and modern, etc. Check-in could potentially have been this easy though because the flight was pretty empty. You have to pay for everything including blankets, pillows, headsets to enjoy the (free) entertainment, any food, etc., but that was expected, and I have no issue with that. However, not even offering any water during the flight is crazy on an nearly 8 hour flight, especially for our kids. You can go ask for it, but they are not coming through to offer you any, presumably because they are trying to sell you drinks.

My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."
