The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Points positifs : There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.
Points négatifs : This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Points négatifs : Our 3 luggages are lost. Three days in Italy, me and my 2 boys have no clothes and no toiletries. We’ve called Aeroflot everyday and still haven’t been found. This is the first time in my life I’ve lost my luggages.
Points positifs : The Ukraine airline did a sting operation and took 80 euro from everyone who had a bag that was a little bigger than a purse. Shame on them, will never fly with them again.

Nice to have endless movies to watch, but should be noted no individual movies. Unexpected fee for boarding pass and inability to check in online at airport.

Points négatifs : I didnt like that Kayak.com said I had a return seat picked out. THEN went online to see I had no return seat even though one printed on e ticket. Had to call Hainan directly to fix it. Also didnt like that since I bought through Kayak.com I couldn't do 24 hour prior flight online check in. Only allowed to check in at the airport 3 hours prior to flight.

Points négatifs : Many delays, lack of communication. Nearly two hours waiting on the tarmac.
Points positifs : Excellent crew, clear announcements in both English and Chinese, decent food and entertainment.
Points négatifs : Hectic boarding process that required taking a bus and everyone pushing and shoving to board the plane in no particular order. Stayed on the tarmac for 2 hours before taking off and did not recieve frequent updates. When the seat in front of you is fully reclined you have essentially zero space.
Points positifs : Better than US airlines in service and comfort
