We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Points négatifs : "My travel agent could not check us in as she did not realize she need passport info, exp. date, and birth date and we couldn't reach her in time to get us checked in with the time difference. It cost us an extra 115 pounds to checkin at the airport. That is ridiculous!"

Points négatifs : "Very disappointed with Ryanair and lack of communication from kayak regarding the checking in process. This was our first time to Europe and we booked a last minute trip to Dublin. We arrived at the airport 3 hours in advance to check in and allow time for navigation. We waited in line for an hour only to know that we were either supposed to check in online or upstairs at the airport. We had 4 minutes to check in when we got to the front desk. Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks"
Points négatifs : "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Points négatifs : "Seats uncomfortable due to shiny covering, slide in seats when asleep ended up with bad back during break, just a suggestion being gluten free ( not a lifestyle choice) would suggest this being added to menu might make more sales as lots of us about and makes you feel cared for."

Points négatifs : "I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again."

We were treated as if we were an inconvenience to them.They tout their "airline as cheap and easy" I guess you get what you pay for but that experience was inexcusable.When the agent couldn't handle a small baggage problem she cut us out of the line and made us stand in the corner while she served others behind us. She never did try to solve the problem, we had to seek other help and we charged exorbitant fees. Never fly with Ryanair."
