Friendly staff, excellent food, a whole lot of good choices for onboard entertainment, comfortable ride, and good legroom even in the economy.
Direct connection to US. Otherwise no in flight food choice and food quality is poor. Not much entertainment choices and are outdated. I just starved and slept through the flight.

We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

Flight departed and arrived late, breakfast meal was missed due as fridge broke.
The only vegetarian food is also vegan, this primarily consisted of tiny trays of overbuild veg that must have contained about 150 calories, after about 12 hours I felt like I was literally starving. As I'd been stuck in the middle seat going to the galley to request snacks was difficult. I would buy your own food in the airport.

Also my husband and I weren’t seated together and when I tried to change it online, the entire flight showed as booked. However once on board there were clearly a number of empty seats."
Points positifs : "Flight was on time, crew was friendly."
Points négatifs : "There are no blue US custom declaration forms on the flight anymore. Many people cannot access the automatic kiosks, and I wish we could still have access to the forms while on the plane. It is stressful to have to do it after landing, with no real place to write. The flights were both fine, but the layover in DFW was a nightmare. Thankfully we landed 30 min early, but we only made our connection with a few minutes the spare. We ran through the airport, and had to ask many people if we could go ahead of them at the security. We didn't have time to use the bathroom and buy water/food. I understand this is not the airline's fault, but I would recommend extending the minimum connection time at this airport."
Points positifs : "I usually fly Air France but AA was terrific. Tasty food, pleasant crew, even the toilets were nicely maintained during the 9 hours flight. The only thing that AF does better is provide a full array of printed matter before boarding."
